Accompanying with the globalization in the information age, studies on the theory of virtually organizing (especially the management) have become a frontier topic in the area of management and business. It is very important both in theory and application to make a thorough study on the management issues of virtually organization. Based on the theory of organization, strategic management and game theory, this dissertation makes both theoretical and empirical studies on the aspects about the concept of virtually organizing, theoretical orientation, strategic significance, decision-making, choice of partners, organizational construction, administration and profit sharing, etc. Finally, some conclusions are given accordingly. According to weakness of the existing literature in this field, the relation between virtual enterprise and virtually organization is dwelled on, and the organizing of management process is defined as the beginning of the study on virtual organization. This study is then embodied in the framework of management theory. The relation between virtual organization and strategy management, as well as the factors of environment, is discussed. Moreover, the macrostructure and microstructure of virtual organization are discussed in this dissertation. Among others, the process-based virtual organization, the relation between virtual organization and strategic flexibility, the advantages of virtual organization to maintain the organization flexibility, as well as the obstacles of business line adjustment, are of special focus.Comparing with enterprise group, the characters of decision power distribution within virtual organization is analyzed. Also compared are the construction cost and management cost of both kinds of firm formation. The relationship between the virtually organizing and the core competency is discussed, and a pyramid model of core competency is put forward. Furthermore, the relation between the core competence of cooperative partners and the core competence of virtual organization is well defined.By using the method of game theory, the characters and solution of correlated equilibrium are dwelled on, and the conclusions are extended to generalized correlated equilibrium. The transformation between the costs of failure to cooperate and the costs of delay to cooperate in collective-choice is proven by a quantitative approach. Applying dynamic game model to analyse the profit distribution of virtual organization, and the limitation of profit-distributing based on the proportion of investment is uncovered. The relation between profit distribution and assignment of principalship is also analysed. The problem of the assignment of principalship is discussed from the microstructure of virtual organization----the point of integrated working team.
