Virtual Organization Theory

With the network' rising and using, the world is becoming smaller and smaller. A new model of organization has been born out, that is the emergence of the Virtual Enterprise. The characteristic of this kind of organization is core competence. And it is operated by integrating the external resource . So the Virtual Enterprise is honored for the main organization model in the 21 century. The research about the Virtual Enterprise is being a hot spot.We have already entered the World Trade Organization. Much transnational corporation will surge to our market. The environment of our corporation' survival is becoming difficult. The Virtual Enterprise is very useful to us. But how to use? This is too hard to answer now. The most important is that we must intrude some knowledge about the Virtual Enterprise to our society. In order to making the paper practical, I have gone a lot of research. I hope I can realize my idea.Firstly, this paper is aimed at the concept of the Virtual Enterprise. In fact, till now there isn't a acceptable concept. Everyone chooses the sole facet to discuss. And more all of them can't discover the characteristic of the Virtual Enterprise. I try to give a both simple and clear concept to the Virtual Enterprise. That is , the Virtual Enterprise is a kind of strategic alliance with core competence in every member. Secondly I discuss the core characteristic of the Virtual Enterprise-core competence. It is the core competence that can make the enterprise superior to its competitor. Then I studied the operation of the Virtual Enterprise, including the operational characteristic, operational model and so on. Then I discuss how to become the Virtual Enterprise. At last I studied the significance of the Virtual Enterprise in today's enterprise.I think this paper is useful to our enterprise in reforming.
