The Research On Business Process Reengineering For Coal Enterprises

Based on the further research of business process reengineering (BPR) theories, combining the actual need of national coal enterprises development, this paper expounds the necessity and urgency for coal enterprises to implement BPR and points out the basic way for coal enterprises to get rid of the economic vicious circle, implementing BPR to solve the single industry. This paper makes a comparatively deep study of rational division of labor and position between two grades organization of production (bureau, mine and factory) beginning with the basic law of coal industry development, combining the actual conditions and industry characteristics of coal enterprises. At the same time, it puts forward the basic process organization mode that suits to the coal enterprises development by the analysis and design of key process, management process and guarantee process. Combining the particularity of coal enterprises management, it also brings forward that some questions concerned must be solved during the process of implementing BPR.Further, the paper makes a detailed analysis on the principle, method and process of coal enterprises BPR according to the shared vision of coal enterprises, the analysis of development strategy for coal enterprise that in different stages, the choice of key process of coal enterprises. Then it puts forward enterprise organization structure is the key question of coal enterprises to implement BPR and makes a design of organization structure mode for coal enterprises. To some extent, this thought has theoretical and practical significance for coal enterprises and the regions that located to realize sustainable development. Finally, some guarantee measures for coal enterprises to implement BPR are analyzed and demonstrated.
