The Research On Enterprise Project Management Organization Style

Tightly Competence force firms to change its past management model for be suitable to changing environment. As a new organization management style, Enterprise project management (EPM) link strategies with projects. Project theory presently stress how to management single project and program, also pay attention to the performance and standardization, namely how to reach project management maturity. People seemly ignore a basic problem: what is the organization style of EPM? Namely what style needs to support EPM?This paper aim to research and answer the basic problem of EPM-organization inner mechanism and construction. Neither management theory nor economics theory can answer the origin and change of the firm. Based on the Division of labor theory, This paper logically and historically explain the origin and change of the firm, point out the history of firm development is evolving of firm continuous dividing and cooperating center on effectiveness and efficiency, organization structure display the relation. Accordingly, I recognize the relationship between projects and operations, analysis the inner operation mechanism of EPM, point out the integration between strategy , projects and operations is the base of EPM operating effective.
