Study On Concept, Mechanism And Related Problem Of Soft-Technology

Based on concept of technology defined by Denis Diderot, this paper defined the concept of soft-technology. Based on Human Engineering, this paper analyzed and validated the meaning and mechanism of soft-technology. Based on case study, this paper put forward general development rule of soft-technology, explained the inner structure of technology by technology dualism, analyzed the relationship between soft-technology and hard-technology, then validated the influence of soft-technology on technology transfer, based on dynamical reason of technology transfer.Based on some empirical method such as case analyze, experimental test, survey questionnaire, statistical analyses, and some qualitative method such as literature research, logic conclude, contrastive research, this paper draw some conclusions.. (1) defined the concept of soft-technologyBased on concept of technology defined by Denis Diderot, and explaining method by technology dualism, this paper defined the concept of soft-technology. Soft-technolgy was a rule system, which harmonized the synergic relationship of different manipulators and the synergic relationship between manipulator and tools (operation object) for a specific purpose. Which limited the meanings of soft-technology by objective, cooperation of different manipulators and between manipulator and tools, regulation, knowledge system. Hard-technology was a rule system which based on physical science, harmonize or solve the relationship of operation objects and inscape of objects, to improve the efficiency and benefit human being.(2 ) Put forward the mechanism of soft-technology.Based on simplified the action system, which include receive information, individual judgments, action start. Soft-technology achieved improving efficiency and operate quality by lessened and defined the information aggregate, judgments aggregate, action aggregate There were(1)lessened information aggregate received, eliminated low correlative information, obtained an availability little information aggregate, improved the efficiency of information received; then (2) lessened judgments aggregate which mapping with the information received, founded steady and straightforward contact, improved the efficiency of manipulator's judgments,(3)lessened and fixed the scope of manipulator's action.This paper validated the effect of soft-technology to operate efficiency, validated that soft-technology improved the manipulator's learning efficiency, and other 5hypothesizes by experiment in costume manufacture industry. (3 ) Put forward the progress rule of soft-technology.By the case of McDonald's food manufacture technology, this paper summarized the progress rule of technology. From the microcosmic view , soft-technology come form experience of operation process translated into knowledge, in which include(1) manipulator operate object use tools, (2)result come from the operation of manipulator , (3)discussing the relation between action and output, (4)translating the knowledge into soft-technology, and directing operation by scoff technology.From the macroscopical view , soft-technology include 7 steps in developing process,(1)obtained operation experience by individual feel wrong, (2)obtained operation method system after summarizing individual experience, (3)obtained dominant operation method system by coding the recessive knowledge (experience) ,(4)diffusing and exchanging the dominant knowledge,(5)obtained collective knowledge, enlarged the using scope of soft-technology, (6)obtained more mature soft-technology,(7)fixed and materialized soft-technology.
