Research On Soft Technology And Its Relationship With Competitiveness Of Technology

Soft technology is not a new invention, but its concept has just proposed. In addition, traditional conception of technology is still prevalent ,which has seriously limited the research and development of soft technology.Existing explaining the competitiveness of technology from hard technology fails to obtain the expectant conclusionJn this case,to research the relevant problems of soft technology and the competitiveness of technology is particularly important.As to hard technology ,Soft technology is a system of operating to thinking and behavior in social life and thinking acttvity. In the frist part of thesis, author analyses the relevant theories of soft technology and the competitiveness of technology,such as the concept and the classes of soft technology,the distinction from the hard technology and soft science, the systematic charactertic of the competitiveness of technology.Then,author points out the soft technology is not only one of. the sources of the competitiveness of technology,but also is the tool and means of promotion of the competitiveness of technology ,and is the essence of innovation.Technology exists and develops as the system.The competitiveness of technology is the relative advantage of the whole technological system in one country ordistrict, which is the exertion of function of the whole technological system. If we do not pay attention to the development and construction of soft technology, the structure of the technological system is uneven, which will certainly influence the systematic function of technology.Based on the reasons above-mentioned, in order to make our country in go-aheadism in the new technological tide, shorten the disparity between the developing country and the developed country,the last chapter of the thesis puts forward some measures of strengthening our country's competitiveness of technology: to adjust the proportion of investment in R&D of soft technology, to lead and standardize the soft technical industry,to set up NIS including soft technique.
