China's Large Cities Public Transport System Is Sustainable Development Indicator System Studies

The status of urban public transit system in urban traffic is obvious to all, which sustainable development or not directly impact the sustainable development of urban traffic system and city indeed. So it is essential to study the status of urban public transit system in sustainable development capability.In allusion to the characteristics, using the measures for building indicators, the paper establishes sustainable development indicators for urban public transit system, including level of sustainable development, capability of sustainable development and harmonious power of sustainable development, and creates the corresponding evaluation model. In the studying of evaluation model, the paper brings forward a new method-AHP confirming weight of index by matter element analysis ,and a innovative evaluation method-evaluation method by preference matter element basing on perfectcondition.The indicators and evaluation model constructed are used in the city of Xi'an, which is regarded as an example analysis.
