Moreover, this paper thinks that without Nan-gui-kun Economic Region's formation, without the optimal spatial allocation of resource, harmonized developing of economy, good circulation of zoology, comprehensive construct of Xiaokang society required by scientific develop standpoint.Secondly,reviewing of the developing history of Nan-gui-kun Economic Region, this paper thinks that Nan-gui-kun Economic Regional exploitation is not only the continue of history exploitation, but also is the widen from contents and formation, and has important national and international background.
