Research On The Dynamic Capability Of Corporations Based On The Capital Expansion

With economic globalization, accelerating development of technology and enhancement of knowledge influence, the investment expansion based on capability development is one of the necessary choices of modern enterprises. The current frontier theories of Enterprise, that is capability & dynamic capability on strategic management, are still at the stage of concept design, which lacking of an operable strategic and methods. In the dissertation, capability is the interface, capability construction procedure is the mainline and dynamic capability is the drive. The dissration mainly includes:1. Based on the studying and analyising on strategy management of structure school, resource school and capability school which including capability and dynamic capability theory, the key ,difficult and principle question has been decided in the dissertation.2. Based on the theory of dynamic capability and capability evoluation, the strategy frame for dynamic capability based on investment expansion has been built up.Which includes there phases, that is capability analysis and evaluation, capability deployment and capability enhancement. The reliazation strategy and methods also have been given.3. On the characteristics of multi-attribute indexes, the crossover of information feedback and qualitative and quantitive information being at the same time, Bayesian networks method has been adoptto dynamic capability analysis and evaluation. At the same time, D-Seperation technology has been used to resource-capability gap analyis,Which is the base of capability deployment.4. Because of the importance of capability deployment in the investment expansion, real option idea and method have been used to capability deployment in the uncertain and complex investing environment. By the real option model for capability deployment, which can realize the flexibility and dynamic adaptability of capability deployment.5. To the demand of continuously capability enhancement, the essence of capability is knowledge hidden in capability. To relialize the objective of dynamic capability deployment, the mechanism of enterprise consciously learning and learning management task has been designed based on knowledge learning.The demonstration shows that the study of the dessertaion has the application importance and theory meaning for investment expansion strategy of enterprise. By the theory and method in the dissertation, which can guide the enterprise to select correctly the strategic direction of investment expansion, establish the competitive advantages and then obtainlong-term competitive advantages in the field of investment expansion at the respect of investment expansion strategy based on dynamic capability.
