With the delelopment of globalization and IT, It is obviously that the environment of the world economics has idendified. Facing the various economic environment, Most companies come to cooperation instead of compete. Strategic alliances, as one of the style of co-compete and morden organization innovation, has become the key issue of core compentence of company. On the other hand, Strategic alliances is a long and complicate dynamic process, there are a lot of failure case between companies. So how do companies to develop strategic alliances become more and more important. It's structively to learn the daymiac evolution of strategic alliances.Based on the life period theory, Game theory and Corpoation theory , this eassy discusss the daymiac evolution , learn process of strategic alliances from the viewpoint of learn organization theory.Firstly,The knowledge innovation between strategic alliances is the basement of organization learning and ability. This eassy expound a new strategic alliances knoeledge innovation model including platform of strategic alliances, knoeledge assets and SICA.Secondly, the dymaic evolution of strategic alliances is a series process of initial conditions, learning, evaluation and adjustment. So, the initial conditions and evalution become the key issue of evolution of strategic alliances. The seletion of alliances partnei, design of alliances style and alliances trusts is the most important factors of initial conditions.At the same time, this eassy discuss the seletion process and evaluation by using "three phrase" modele and puzzle mathematic method.At last, this eassy analyse the dynamic evolution of strategic alliances between eastcom and Mortolola in particular and expoud the suggestion of strategic alliances management from the viewpoint of learning, evalution and barrier mechanism.
