Study On The Cooperative Operation Of Virtual Supply Chain

Supply chain is an effective cooperative mode among enterprises, the development and gradually popularization of the network and Electronic Commerce provide strong technique supports for the study and application of supply chain, and make supply chain and its management a hot research area. The coordination operation of virtual supply chain which faces the vast small and medium enterprises is researched, which is important to reduce cost, improve the efficiency and the quality of the product and service in order to satisfy customers'requirements. Firstly, the coordination problem of virtual supply chain is analyzed. The coordination management of virtual supply chain based on Multi-agent is researched, then the frame of coordination management system is built, based on which the coordination mechanisms including information sharing mechanism, task following mechanism, profit distribution and performance evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism are constituted. Secondly, aiming at the characteristics of virtual supply chain, the coordination planning frame of virtual supply chain is proposed. Then the coordination planning function mode of virtual supply chain is established. Tasks distribution method of virtual supply chain is researched. Batching schedule problem of virtual supply chain is researched. The mode of scheduling virtual supply chain batch with due windows is established. A two-level genetic algorithm and a two-level coding are developed for resolving optimization. Finally, the logistics management supporting for virtual supply chain'coordination is researched. Through analyzing the characteristics of virtual supply chain's logistics operation, the logistics management mode of virtual supply chain is built. The logistics operation mode of virtual supply chain is proposed, and then the operation process of virtual supply chain's logistics alliance is described. Logistics network optimization of virtual supply chain based on Petri net is researched, and a case study on a ceramics industry virtual supply chain is given.
