Since the end of 1990s, Technology Innovation Strategy has been the research hotpot both in domestic and at abroad. Professor of Stanford University, Robert A. Burgelman, put forward the concept of Autonomous Strategy Action and launched the research in the lead. In Robert's definition, Autonomous Strategy Action refers to technology innovation strategy activities exploiting new business fields besides the existed ones and shifting the enterprise strategy in pursuit of long-term competitive advantages. In China, with furthering of technology innovation activities for the purpose of changing ways of economy increase, importance of the research on Autonomous Strategy Action is getting more obvious. The dissertation concentrates on the theme of the Vision Based Technology Innovation Strategy Activities and develops innovative researches respectively on the forming activities of the Vision Based Technology Innovation Strategy,on integration of the three enterprise competitive advantage views and on investigation analysis and empirical of influential factors in technological innovation performance of particular enterprises.The dissertation introduces the vision management theory into the research on Autonomous Strategy Action and advances the concept of the Vision Based Technology Strategy Action (abbreviated as Vision Strategy Action). The conclusion of the research shows that the common features of the two Actions is the shift of the existed business fields after the completion of technology innovation activities; the differentia of the two is that Vision Strategy Action is apt to being influenced by enterprise mission and related factors. The forming model of Vision Strategy is set forth in the dissertation, showing the treating process of it from effecting sources of innovation technology opportunities by the related influential factors, discovering innovative technology, comparing integrated competitiveness, assorting with various strategies to finally forming explicit technology innovation strategy. The related influential factors mainly include the restriction by the enterprise mission on the business field, shift ways of business field and trajectories of technology innovation added to the sources of innovation opportunities by rule of technology development, discovering thinking and method of innovation technology as well as supports for the technology innovation strategy.The dissertation respectively analyses market strategy based, resources based and customer value based competition advantage views. The dissertation also advances the limits of separate competition advantage view sustain whole one and advocates the integration of the three competition advantage views. The dissertation brings forward the industrial conditions, the main participant of the integration, quantitative analysis method of competitiveness suitable for experts' evaluation and integration model. The dissertation samples technology innovation projects decision of railway enterprises to process the empirical research, which implements the quantitative comparison of competitiveness of different technology innovation plans in various times and dimensions.The dissertation analyses the features of influential factors in technology innovation performance of particular enterprises, brings about a set of investigation analysis method. In the questionnaire of the empirical research, the influential factors featured with catholicity is designed basing on common influential factors in the typical research results; the ones featured with specialty basing on analyzing results of representative cases in particular enterprises; objective investigation basing on combination of investigators and informants who is trained. In the establishing standard of judging catholicity of influential factors in technology innovation performance of particular enterprises, the dissertation brings about a frame of reference basing on common influential factors in the typical research results.
