Since 1990, supply chain management is a focus paid attention to by enterprises and hot topic studied by researchers. But, supply chain management is still immature thought on business management. Studies on supply chain and supply chain management in our country are started junt now. Some blurry comprehensions about supply chain and supply chain management have bright much confusion. Though some researchers have been exploring supply chain and supply chain management, there is few fruit which can be carried out. It is very important to study logistics management and supply chain management by operations research and control theory, which is a quite pressing task in front of us.This dissertation mainly addresses purchasing, inventory, shipment and distribution policis in logistics and supply chain management with stochastic demand. Based on strategem or tactice, develops cooresponding optimization and control models, and seeks efficient solutions, in order to provide insights for logistics management and supply chain management. This main results obtained in this dissertation may be summarized as follows:1 Studies of optimal policy about quantity discount based on supply chain managementMany existed studies of optimal policy about quantity discount only consider profit supplier, or only aim to benefit of vendor, then proposed some mathematical models. This paper extends these works, and analyzes multiform means of ordering and discount pricing, develops several bilevel programming models to maximize the profit of supplier when wholesale unit price and retail unit price changing with order quantity and demand quantity changing with retail unit price, and then presents efficient solution. Meanwhile, this paper roundly analyzes two-level distribution system, deals with the supplier and the distributor as a whole for supply chain management, presents several mathematical models to maximize the totalal profit, and then develops corresponding algorithms.2 On coordinated inventory policy in distribution system with stochastic demandThis dissertation addresses a coordinated inventory and ordering policies in two-level distribution system with stochastic demand composing of a single supplier and multiple retailers, in which the supplier(distribution center) takes base-stock policy and deals in multiple products. This paper develops a mathematical model to maximize expected system profit, analyzed someproperties of the model and existence of solutions of the model, and then proposed corresponding solution methods. Last, three cases on demand are studied and corresponding numerical computational results are given.3 Studies of coordinated purchasing, shipment and inventory policy in two-level distribution system under stochastic demandThis paper addresses a coordinated purchasing and ordering policy in two-level distribution system. Developed three expected profit mathematical models: two for the buyer and the supplier, respectively, in which ordering decision or purchasing decision is made independently, no coordination; one for joint system, in which the buyer completely coordinate with the supplier. Then analyzed some properties and investigated solution approach of these models. Furthermore, we demonstrated the impact of coordinated decision on expected system profit by four numerical experiments.4 Studies of coordinated purchasing, shipment and deliver policy in two-level distribution system under stochastic demandIn this part, this dissertation addresses a problem that inventory decision and transportation decision under stochastic demand are jointly made by distribution center, proposes a hybrid policy that combines backlogging with expediting excess demand when its base stock or transportation capacity is under customer demand, then presents an optimization model for expected total inventory and transportation-related cost when the quantity with common shortage cost is constrained. And then main properties of the model are demonstrated. On the basis of this, an optimization method for solving such problem can be cons...
