The development of the hi-tech agricultural enterprises played a key role in that of the agriculture and agrotechny. But now they had to face drastic competitions. Where is the way out? The evolvement rules of the hi-tech agricultural enterprises competition competence were revealed, which enriched the theory of core competence.3.Analyzing the status and function of the interaction among the enterprises culture, tech- innovation and manpower resources, then put forward the approaches and methods to cultivate and heighten the enterprises' core competence.4. Outlining the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of the high-tech agricultural enterprises by means of the fuzzy mathematics theory, with careful investigation and the data analysis of 52 companies and corporations.
