Research On Core Competence For High-Tech Enterprises Based On Complicated Environment

This thesis makes systematic research on the discernment standard and method, the forming law and the construction method and tactics of the core competence of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of the characteristic of high-tech enterprises and their complicated and dynamic environment. Along with the development of the high-tech industry in our country, the economic internationalization and the aggravation of the market competition of the high-tech enterprises, studying the core competence of high-tech enterprises has both theoretical and practical meaning. This thesis synthetically analyzes the current development situation of our country's high-tech enterprises, analyzes the domestic and international research and practical trend about competitive advantage and core competence, and analyzes the impacts which the complicated and dynamic environment takes on the high-tech enterprises using systematic analytical method. This thesis explores the source of competitive advantage of high-tech enterprise among complicated and dynamic environment, analyzes the characteristic and economic intension of core competence, puts forward the discernment standard and method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, introduces the concept about leading advantage, sets up the dynamic development model of leading advantage and the construction model of core competence based on leading advantage, and makes deep research on the construction of capable flexibility and the learning organization which is very important on the way to building up the core competence. At the same time, this thesis proposes that the strategic alliance can be used as a main tactics to building up the core competence of high-tech enterprises according to the constructional and developmental problems ofstrategic alliance. This thesis also makes practical research on the core competence of our country's high-tech enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions combining with the development and research situation of our country's high-tech enterprises. The research of this thesis can offer relevant theoretical method and tactical support to build up core competence and to develop comprehensive advantage for high-tech enterprises.
