On The Motivity Mechanism Of China's Urbanization

Urbanization is the infallible trends in the development trail of us mankind's society. As for China, the urbanization level is low enough to restrain the development of society and economy. So we should accelerate the process of urbanization and make it come up with the development of national economy. While the premise and base of quickening the urbanization is deepening the research on the urbanization theory and understanding the motivity mechanism of our China. The western researchers have contributed much to this field but as the development of the world economy the primary theory about the motivity mechanism can hardly embody all the urbanization impetus in contemporary era. And on the other hand China's urbanization has its particularity, it's difficult to use the theories form developed countries to explain things of China. Hence the purpose of the paper is to study deeply and in detail on the motivity mechanism of China's contemporary urbanization and hopes to construct a basic motivity mechanism system.Taking the urbanization practices of our country as the background, mainly using the development economics, area economics, institutional economics, information economics and some other former theories, and along with the consecution of "phenomenon→cent motivity mechanism → integrated mechanism model →use in practice", this paper finally get the motivity mechanism of urbanization and try to discuss the developing problem of China's urbanization by such motivity mechanism model.Firstly, the paper studies one kind of the motivity that is industrialization. Based on explaining the economic meaning of the industrialization and the relations between industrialization and economic growth, the paper mainly studies the relationships of industrialization and urbanization and draws the conclusion that the industrialization is the basic motivity in the process of urbanization. Then the paper creatively studies on the mutual-active relations between high-technology industry and urbanization, taking the city Hangzhou as the example.And then, the paper studies agglomeration effect, another motivity of urbanization. After analyzing the basic meaning of the agglomeration effect, the paper elaberates the types, the cause and the measurement of it.
