Chinese Cities Under The Conditions Of New Industrialization Road,

Urbanization is the most profound transition of human' civalization in human' history. Cities have been exist very long time, the world' urbanization began with industry revolution; but china' urbanization has undergone a long and low development.It is not until the foundation of new China, especially the carrying out of the reform and opening-up policy, the development of Urbanization in china has entered into a new period. because the unbalance development between industrialization and urbanization , urbanization lag behind the level of industrialization. Entering into 21st century informationization prevails around the world, and knowledge-based economy came into being. Conforming to the informationization trend of economy, the government of China set up the strategy of new-industrialization, by which driving industrialization with informationization, and promoting the informationization with industrialization, construct a new road of urbanization with distinctive China feature .This paper explores urbanization in china in the new-industrialization perspective, The content of the dissertation has divided into six parts. At the very beginning it introduces the significance, study method and structure of the paper, bring forth the state of the art research in this field. In the first part it inspect the fundamental theory in the development of urbanization, and make a brief introduction of the course of urbanization at home and abroad. Therefore by summing up the good experience and drawing lessons, we can make it clear that under new-industrialization with what history premise and background of times the urbanization of china face up.The second part explores the effects of new-industrialization on urbanization. Construct a dynamatic mechanism , the author think that new-industrialization will affect on urbanization from five aspects ; (1)productivity function changes induce the reorganization of urban' inside spatial location .(2) economic structure changes drives the promotion of urban' function; (3) economic organization innovations strengthen the urban network system; (4)institution creation ensure the dominant role of market mechanism in urban development ; (5)sustained development construct green and ecological city.The third part shed light on the new feature of the future' urban development in China . The fourth part analyses the ways and specific measures of promoting China' urbanization.
