Political culture concept was first explained by an American politician—Almond -in 1956. Henceforth, research of political culture is gradually taken in by political science group .They begin to analyze political behavior from the point of political culture. After academia in our nation imported this concept in the 80th year of 20th century, quite a few people began to explain Chinese political phenomena using the research visual angle. Such thing as the relationship between political culture and political system, political culture is a very important factor in the process of development of world history and human being political civilization. It is not only the reflection to the past and current political development of a nation, but also the factor which impacts and restricts the development of political civilization. Therefore it is important to search for dynamic mechanism of the development of political civilization from the visual angle of political culture. Regarding Chinese rural afoot villager autonomy researches, there are also a few scholars who try to explain the villager's autonomy system from the visual angle of political culture. A good many conclusions that these scholars have made are different. We should say that these researches all provided new visual angle for the research of villager autonomy, the viewpoints and conclusions authentic setting people thinking.
