Guizhou Villager Autonomy In The Context Of New Rural Construction

Ecnomic system reform and basic democratic politics construction have a good accomplishment in our village during 30 years of reform and openging-up in China. The accomplishment of basic democratic politics construction embodied main in the villager autonomy. Villager self-government carries out and by the social conern after but the villagers committees of the people's republic of china in 1987. The villagerself-government has become the grassroots democracy politics construction is an important content during 30years of development history. However,the villager autonomy in the practice process encoutered many difficulties because of the complex rural erviromental impact and rural benefit pattern and the influence of relation in interests.Today,the rapid development of globalization,China have many contacts and exchanges with with after counties after joining WTO also affected rural society.Governance related to rural social stability and prosperity of our society is related to the development of China's future on the world stage. Therefore, research on the villager self-government is extremely urgent in new rural construction.The paper ,which is based on the district town in Gui Zhou,describes and analyzes the villagers self-government status,problems and influencing factors during the process of new rural area construction.The paper will faced by the probolems of villagers in Guizhou,suggestion put forward countermeasures,hope that it can help the new rural area construction .The structure of this paper are as follows:introduction includes background,significance,status,content,research ideas,methods and innovation.The second part is about the villager self-government in new rural area construction,including two aspects.First,the relationship of new rural area construction with the villager self-government.
