The comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable society must be reasonable in structure. Keeping social structure and its functions in coordinate and harmonious is the essential requirement to thoroughly apply the Scientific Development View and energetically to build a harmonious socialist society. Reasonable social structures including reasonable social class structure, city and countryside structure, regional structure, population structure, employment structure etc, in which a reasonable social organization structure is the base. At the same time, the issue of social organization structure plays a very important role in the whole organization phenomena. Establishing an organization with reasonable structure and flexible operation is the basic precondition to complete organization aim efficiently.After the foundation of the People's Republic of China, especially after Reform and Opening-up, China's social organization structure experienced profound changes. Currently, China's social organization structure continuous experiencing profound differentiation, recombination and adjustment, which has taken a lot of new phenomena and new problems to social construction and management. Since the fourth of the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China had put forward the argumentation to continuous improve the ability to construct the harmonious society, adjust and optimize for social organization structure had been endowed significant meanings. It has important meanings in both theory and practice to study the basic theory of social structure, to see about and analyze the evolvement and characteristics of China's social organization structure after the foundation of the People's Republic of China, to anatomize its status quo and problems, and to take strategic thinking about China's social organization adjustment.This dissertation exerts several ways to demonstrate its contention, such as integrating theory and practice methods, structure and function analysis methods, problem research methods, comparative study methods. It adopted knowledge of some other subjects, such as political science, philosophy, sociology. It also used the experience of both Chinese and abroad social structure theories and analysis models. This dissertation makes an all round discussion about the evolution and evolvement of China's social organization structure, and puts forward some new theory viewpoints on adjust and optimize social organization structure of China. It will take certain reference values to construct the social organization structure model with Chinese characteristics. The paper consists of introduction and five chapters.In the part of introduction, the dissertation dissertate the origin and meanings of subjects selecting, the status quo of research, and the research methods. At the same time, it also takes a general carding about Marxism theory of community structure, Western theory of community organization, and Chinese scholars' discussion on social organization. All of this has made the theory foreshadowing for study on evolution and evolvement of China's social organization structure after the foundation of the People's Republic of China.Chapter one analyses the basic theory of social organization structure. First of all, the dissertation generalized the basic theory of social organization structure on five points: the origin and differentiation of human organization, the connotation and essence of social organization, the constituent of social organization, the theory of Marxism society organization, the category of social organization. On the basis of the above discussion, the dissertation analyses the basic theory of social organization structure and probe into some new phenomena in the changes of social organization.Chapter two reviews and summarizes the evolvement and evolution of the three stages of China's social organization structure after the foundation of the People's Republic of China. That is: the come into being of social organization structure on the condition of planned economy unified leadership, the differentiation of social organization structure in the practice of reform and opening-up, and some new changes of social organization structure on the new background of the put forward of the Scientific Development View.The third chapter analyzes the evolution of the social organizational structure in detail. Generally speaking, the evolution of the social organizational structure since the reform and opening to the world can be seen in three ways: First, the character of the elements of the social organizational structure is changing from "comprehensive social units" into "single social units". Second, the type of the social organizational structure is changing from unity into diversity. Third, the control mode is changing from concentric type to loose type. On the basis of the above analysis, this chapter further discusses the evolution of the economic organizational structure and the political organizational structure, which also deepens the above analysis. In the end, the features of the evolution of social organizational structure are analyzed in detail.The fourth chapter discusses the problems of the social organizational structure. Specifically speaking, there are four main problems: firstly, the relationship among party organizations, government organizations and other social organizations is irrational. Then, the relation among the three main social sectors is irrational, either. Next, the development among the government organizations and the interior power of the government organizations is unbalanced. Finally, the development of the internal elements of the nongovernmental organizations and its function are not in balance, either. In the meantime, this chapter also tries to discuss the reasons of those problems, which help us know about the present situation of social organizations in our country.The last chapter gives the strategic design to adjust and optimize the social organizations in our country. It includes three parts: the first one is the strategic principle which should stick to when adjusting and optimizing the social organizations; the second one is the target selection and the strategic emphasis of the adjusting and optimizing; the last one is the strategic solution. This solution includes dealing well with some relations such as the relation between the communist party and the other kinds of organizations and parties, the relations inside the communist party, the relations among the government, enterprises, society and so on.
