The political civilization of new democracy is the creation under special national conditions, which condensed the political intelligence of the Chinese Party members and the Chinese people. Despite the new democratic political culture lasted only a short period of no more than a decade, but its meaning of breakthrough and the theoretical thinking are great treasure of the Communist Party of China and will spark in China's modernization process continues. The new democratic political civilization, which to a large extent has laid down the unique features of Chinese political civilization, the basic trend of development political civilization in China history, is a very important historical legacy. So, it is of great significance to deepen the political subject research on the civilization of new democracy.Based on the previous study and my hard thinking on some issues,this essay contains five major parts:Part I: the special form of political civilization.
