Study On The OOTW Military Logistics Guarantee And Logistics Transportation Route Optimizing

With the accelerating process of our military's modernization construction,the construction of modern logistics has also stepped into a new orbit.Implementing the development strategy of military and civilian integration in depth and promoting military logistics and national defense transportation and the deepening about the civil-military integration have being the main developmental direction of military logistics.These provide a research direction for us.However,there are still some objective problems for the troops,such as how to comprehensively improve the ability of modern military logistics,how to deal with the future demand in all kinds of complex battlefront,and how to improve the efficiency of the military transportation.An in-depth investigation and study was carried out in this paper.In the process of this paper,several forces agencies and military colleges were interviewed.The implementation situation of military reform and development situation of military logistics after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China were analyzed and many drawbacks existing in the development of military logistics at the present stage in our country was point out.This paper put forward the idea of developing our military logistics from strategic and tactical level.The strategic level reconstructs the military logistics management system and the military logistics guarantee system,and at the same time set up a command mechanism for the integration of military and civil transportation.At the tactical level,the military logistics transportation route choice model with time Windows(VRPTW)based on many influencing factors was built to fully guarantee the efficiency of military logistics and improve the efficiency of the military logistics.At the end of the paper,Mianzhu city of Sichuan which has strong vibration sense in the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 was used as research object and the proposed military logistics transportation route choice model was verified with actual data.The model was solved with LINGO software and the results were valid,which show the correctness of the proposed model and can provide reliable basis for military logistics transportation route choice.
