On Citizen Participation Type Of Public Management And The Path Of Construction In China

In general, for handling social and economic affairs, private supply alone can not achieve the Pareto optimality. Providing public services to make up market failures is an important function. Because the development through cultivating civil community organizations can not only provide potential development of citizens, promote the all-round development of organizations, also make public organizations more adjustment to the external environment.
