Study On Constructing The Public Service Government With Chinese Characteristic

Marxism's Representation Ideas and People's Sovereignty were selected as a directly guiding ideology of the Public Service type Government with Chinese characteristic in this paper .Marxism's theory with Chinese Characteristic of Serving the People was selected as a theoretical foundation for a Public Service type Government with Chinese Characteristic, The new public management and public service theory were selected as a direct theory source of the Public Service Type Government with Chinese Characteristic; analyzing the theory proof of the Public Service Type Government with Chinese Characteristic ; seeking the reality proof of the Public Service Type Government with Chinese Characteristic ;pointing out the scientific fundamental connotation and the characteristic of .the Public Service Type Government with Chinese Characteristic.
