In the view of theory research,with the rapid development of education technology, the experts and scholars increasingly recognize that the regulation of the methods is an important symbole of a mature discipline. The study of the methods in Education Technology research fields has become an important research direction. As an indispensable part of Education Technology, the research of educational technology experiments has been ignored largely. So it is urgent to carry on the special research about educational technology experiment. In the view of practice research, information technology is increasingly influencing more and more aspects of instruction. The technical transformation increasingly shows its great influence on education reform and innovation. As the character of experimental research, "reform " and "innovation" is inherent with the the technology influencing education. Moreover, technology shows its greater impact on education technology research method. It is very important to carry on the study of experiment practice and theory. Meanwhile, education technology experiment can play a bridge role between educational technology theory and practice. It is crucial to the formation of Educational Technology theory and also it plays an important part to imrpvoe the education efficiency and effect.Overview the existing research of education technology experiment, or due to improper use of research methods, it caused huge waste education technology experiment practice. Or due to the excessive borrowing some aspects of education experimental research, neglecting the "technology characteristic" and "education features" of education technology experiment itself, it comes into dilemma.Or because of the unclear knowledge of information technology in the experimental process, it casued the deviaton of the orgianl intention of education technology experiment. Based on the thoughts above, the author attempts to build up a new method system of education technology experiment research.What a complete method research should include ontology level research, the principle level research, the institutional level and the operation level. As a research method, it needs to carry on the research on the three levels. Meanwhile, it should show the characters of "ecuattion" and "technology" about educational technology. The key of this article, therefore, lies in the formation of operable new model about education technology experiment.Moreover, it needs to form a system including the design and implementation under the guidance of this new model. It constitutes the principle and operation level of education technology experimental research. The research Education Technology experiment nature, value and function, of paradigm constitute the ontology level of education technology experiment research methods. Meanwhile, it is an indispensable part of this research method. In order to break through this difficulty effectively, the article analyses more influential experimental perspectives and cases in the history. And form this, the article tries to grasp the special character of educational technology experiment. Based on the mind and theory construction, it forms the new research system of education technology experiment in accordance with epistemology.Whatever experimental model building, or experimental design, implementation system, it fully absorbs the practice of "innovation experiment of elementary education great-leap-forward " which operates for decades. It attempts to sublimate and support the model and design, implementation of education technology experiment. It tries to make the experiment method system real coming from practice, guide the practice, sublimate from practice and have a universal significance. Paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the research of connotation and essence about the experimental study. From the analysis of the concepts of education experiment, based on the grasps of characters of educational technology itself, it defines the concept of educational technology experiment. According to the different standards, it classifies the experiment into kinds. It deems, the essence of the education technology experiment lies in the transformation of mind and technology. It has the characters of dynamics and development. In the second chapter, it deems that the value and function tend to unify. And from this angle, it points out the science and regulation is the guarantee of the unity. In the third chapter, through the historical review it analyses the process and content of Chinese and foreign educational and education technology experiment. It deems the philosophy basis and paradigm fusion is the new direction of education technology experiment research. The fourth chapter is about the construction of the new model. From the fusion characters of research paradigm and philosophical foundation, also form the successful practice of "innovation experiment of elementary education great-leap-forward ", we put forward the new research model. It fully embodies the "fusion" feature and it puts fusion thought penetrating into each constituent element of education technology experiment research. The fifth chapter is about the design and implementation of education technology experimental research. Combined some successful practice of "innovation experiment of elementary education great-leap-forward ", it does system research on the thesis construction, environmental and information technology support, strategy appliance, the development of teacher and students. The sixth chapter is about the evaluation of new-style education technology experiment. In this chapter, combined with some evaluation strategies of "innovation experiment of elementary education great-leap-forward ", it does some research from the evaluated object's diversification, the development of evaluation process, the diversification of evaluation methods.
