Art education should be combined with humanities cultivated manners, consciously set of class teaching atmosphere. In art new course standard proposed innovative spirit and practice ability training as a priority, establish effective teaching methods to promote students' learning reform, pays great attention to raise student's independence and autonomy. This requires teachers to the improvement of teaching quality. Use "happy teaching" teaching method, better promote students' cognitive ability to understand and grasp.Based on the new curriculum standards for value orientation, with "happy teaching" based on the meaning and essence, and puts forward the phenomenon of "happy on how to implement the premise for teaching" the value of art education, how to embody "happy teaching" to make some elaborate, and pointed out that "happy teaching" to student's emotional and aesthetic ability, students' perceptive ability and image thinking ability, innovation spirit and technology show consciousness etc. And the four areas according to the curriculum standard that the implementation of "happy teaching" teaching goals and process methods, emotional attitude values, and according to the concrete cases put forward the implementing methods of happy learning, this paper expounds on "cheerful teaching" elementary school fine arts education significance. Finally, put forward "happy teaching" the ultimate aim is the cultivation of students' humanities cultivated manners, explained on the significance of the cultivation of humanistic quality of the humanities, and the integration, another, osmosis.
