At present, the sports economy has already become the important economy sector in the world, and in some countries, it even has become the main branch of the national economy, and become the pillar industry of the national economy. The relationship between the development of sports industry and economic is very close, the most developed world economy country--the United States of America, is also the most developed sports economy country. In2002, the United States sports industry gross income was$213000000000, this number is two times of automobile manufacturing industry over the same period. The United States national sports total industrial output value ranked third of the tertiary industry total production value. Sports industry to drive the development of sports economy has become the national economy the important component of the United States of America.With sports and economic development, the relations between them are also increasingly close. Both China and Korea economy in recent decades of development, have experienced rapid growth, the two sports have developed rapidly, and have undergone profound changes. Sine1980s, China accelerated the economic development, and the sports industry has rised since1980s, especially in competitive sports. In1982, China became the most developed sports countries in Asia. Since1990s, China performed well in a series of international sports competitions, at the Beijing Olympics in2008, she beceme the top of medals tables. While South Korea after1960s cite the country's power of economic developed, at the same time sports also grew quickly and became world economy big country of sports.In sports economic development, China and South Korea policy and the structure of sports industry are not exactly the same. Chinese sports industry management system is "big government, small society", the government plays the leading role. While the South Korean sports industry management system is "small government, big society", social institutions and organizations play an important role. The differences in sports management system in China and South Korea coursed the big differences in sports economic development speed and form of both countries.Through literature analysis, expert interview, field investigation and other methods, the author tries to summarize the Chinese and South Korean sports economy, sports industry development situation at present, and their sports economic policy, attempts to analyze the sports economic structure as well as the similarities and differences of the two countries'sports economy management system, to understand the sports economy development trend and future development of the field, and on this basis put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to get better development of Chinese and Korean sports industry, making the national economy development pillar of the economy.
