As an important part of basic education, senior high school education links compulsory education and higher education, its quality not only determines the quality of higher education students, but also affects the actual status of the workforce. In the backdrop of the contemporary education reform, countries all over the world attach great importance to high school education reform, which is regarded as the core content of the reform. China's new round of curriculum reform began in2004. In fall2011,Guizhou joined in the high school curriculum reform. Starting from the theory of curriculum reform strategy, we seek underdeveloped province-Guizhou curriculum strategy by international comparing perspective. This research will enhance the pertinence and effectiveness, and deepen the understanding of schools, teachers, students and parents.Based on the history and reality of the high school curriculum reform at home and abroad, this study has used the comparison country comparison with the domestic area, strengthen the rational choice of the regional high school curriculum reform strategy. Comparative country studies concluded that, the high school curriculum reform in the United States, Japan and India and other countries have always stressed that the main role of the student, adhered to the value of comprehensive development; always stressed the course content and democratic participation in course management; focused on basic courses, encouraged diversity courses, developed comprehensive practice curriculum and concerning the development of non-intellectual qualities. At the same time, the conclusions of the domestic provincial comparison also showed that, the concept of high school curriculum reform in China in line with the development trend of international high school education curriculum reform. High school curriculum reform in China is directed by the central government, and then implemented independently by local governments, so it has some features such as the consistency of principles, region identities and variety of school-based. With the sample schools' active policies, scientific research, reasonable treatment of the relationship between curriculum reform and college entrance exam, continually increasing policy support and funding, strengthening the training of principals and teachers, the ideals and goals of curriculum reform of the senior high schools can be reached.At the base of research foundation on country and province ccomparisons, the researchers conducted a series of research in Guizhou high school curriculum reform strategy. Research found that, the concept of Guizhou Province curriculum reform strategy has been the questions on concept of deepening, the curriculum conditions lack, resource systematic low degree, rigid management mechanism and confliction between the reform and teaching evaluation. Faced difficultes, Guizhou province high school curriculum reform should do the following breakthrough:(1) make implementation of reform policy "localization";(2) establish a systematic curriculum reform system;(3)implement the high school curriculum set in the provincial curriculum framework and a standard;(4) build a system of high-efficiency school curriculum reform team;(5)establish a scientific and multiple evaluation system.The high school curriculum reform is a meaningful education reform, the strategies of research and analysis with time span and the depth of space. In a sense, curriculum reformation strategy is relative, must be chose according to different area or even school of actual condition, must scientifically differentiate the macro, meso and micro strategies'boundaries and function. On the other hand, this implementation is relatively stable. Education as public services could not constantly change. Its strategy must be selected in accordance with the laws of teaching and human growth, and steadily move forward. Such as Guizhou underdeveloped provinces, we consider on the implementation of the strategic planning from the time span and the depth of space for analysis in the process of the implementation of curriculum reform. We learn experiences and practices of home and abroad to achieve experience localization. Further, Guizhou curriculum reform high will better promote, reach the national average with the national synchronous. And it ultimately promotes the leapfrog development of a high school education in Guizhou. It will be great significance for the development of senior secondary education in Guizhou Province, and be far-reaching impact across the country.
