Facing the era of globalization, pluralism and relativism may result in the direct outcome of "none value " . The profound and legal crisis of modern moral education in our schools hide in the phenomena of Demoralizing Education which appeared in advanced western countries. In the late 1980' s, the character education movement reconstructed in America. It indicated that through criticizing "Authoritism " such as "instillation" , " bag of virtues " and so on, moral education in schools has converted the "none value " education into "none moral " education which based on the agreement to "pluralistic value " and affirmation of "relative value". Value Clarification and Cognition Reasoning didn' t really solve the "weak validity" problem of our moral education, on the contrary, they led to the phenomena of "Negative Validity".The returning of Character Education to core value has became a kind of positive attempt and effort by which modern schools try to conquer pluralism and Cultural Hegemony and exert the leading function. This paper works on a general analysis on essence of globalization, pluralism and their impact on moral education in China. Via the investigation on the subjects such as philosophy of moral education, semasiology, logic, anthropology, psychology and so on, the author thinks that the ultimate goal is to cultivate the value character of our students. This character is an "attitude " dynamic system which consists of the subsystems such as "Moral Cognition " , "Moral Emotion", "Moral Behavior" , etc. It is built on the basis of our traditional culture, which focuses on three dimensions of "learn to be", "learn together " and "learn to act" . And it embodies the respect - responsibility (individual to himself, to others, to society, to nature and so on) value which is the students' core character as well as the goal of education that our moral education should pursue.
