The study on the experienced teaching, a new research area in teaching theories, makes a further study of the basic aspects of teaching theory from the perspective of life ontology, makes a reflection and summing up of the relevant topics in the past teaching theoretical system. Based upon the elaboration of the basic philosophies of experienced teaching, the study offers some proposals with regard to the application of the experienced teaching to humanity and science courses.The paper consists of five parts:Part One: experience and experienced teaching. First of all, the paper, based on the semantic analysis of experience and the comparison between the interpretation of experience by such disciplines as philosophy, psychology, aesthetics and pedagogy, indicates that experience is characterized with ontology, personal experiencing, affectivity, integrity, generativity, autonomy, and individuality. The paper then expounds the basic characteristics of experienced teaching from the viewpoints of the nature and goal orientation of teaching process, teacher-student relationship and course . The paper, based on the review of the main problems of current teaching theories and on the exploration of the relationship between experienced teaching, qualification education and innovative education, finally emphasizes the theoretical and practical significance of the experienced teaching research.Part Two: the history of experienced teaching. The paper, from the ancient and modern Chinese and foreign teaching thoughts, explores the historical evolution of experienced teaching. As far as foreign teaching thoughts are concerned, the paper focuses on the fundamental viewpoints of experienced teaching contained in the teaching thoughts of ancient Greek philosophers, J. A. Comenius, Jean Jacques Rousseau , John Dewey , etc. as for domestic teaching thoughts, the paper lays emphasis on viewpoints of experienced teaching contained in the teaching thoughts of Confucius , metaphysicians of Wei Dynasty and Jin Dynasty , Wang Shouren , Cai Yuanpei . Comparison is also made based on the elaboration to denote the historical process of the thoughts of experienced teaching.Part Three: the theoretical basis of experienced teaching. The part is developed mainly from the perspective of life philosophy, post-modern theory and humanistic psychology. Life philosophy attaches importance to individual life, endowsexperience with life ontological meaning, opposes to measure and treat life based on rigid criteria requires that teaching is aimed at the comprehensive growth and the promotion of quality of individual life. Post-modem theory is opposed to the practice of degrading people into things and focusing on lecturing more than on helping students to think independently and develop their own creative power. According to post-modern pedagogy, teaching is a humanistic process and plays the role of promoting the spiritual growth. It also maintains that teachers and students acquire knowledge and understand the world in the mutual talk and creative activities. According to humanistic psychology, mankind is the existence of both thought and sentiment and mental, activity is the result of coordination of knowledge, sentiment and will. Humanistic psychology stresses that teaching should be designed to develop students' perfect personality and sentiment experience so that the process of students' knowing the physical world becomes the process of their integral development.Part Four: the basic philosophies of experienced teaching. The basic philosophies of experienced teaching is discussed from such aspects as goal orientation, teacher-student relationship and course. In terms of the goal orientation, experienced teaching attaches great importance to the integrity of life, treats very well the autonomy of life, has a deep understanding of generativity of life and shows deep respect for the individuality.
