It’s a significant topic of the society to make Moral Education become efficient. This paperstudies experienced teaching of junior middle school moral education on the base of experience’sunique value. With a lot of literature material’s consulting, the writer conducts in-depth andcomprehensive study, analyses its relevancy, development characteristics and existing problem,and put forward some suggestions by a large number of classroom observation and interviews tostudents and teachers. The goal of the paper is to promote the development of experiencedteaching of Moral Education better and strengthen the efficiency of Moral Education.To study experienced teaching of Moral Education, the most important thing is to master thegeneral situation of experienced teaching. With the past research results, this paper suggests thatexperienced teaching is a kind of teaching thought and philosophy, it helps the studentsunderstand knowledge, develop abilities, generate emotion and construct significance throughexperiences, by the way of creating a certain teaching situation and organizing the activities.Experienced teaching is neither a fixed teaching model nor a specific teaching method,furthermore, it is likely to be a teaching value, thought and philosophy. On the base of students’experience, to focus on the growth of living, pursue the uniform in cognition, emotion, andbehavior, all above these make up the basic characteristics of experienced teaching.It is the underlying problems worth concerning in the process of curriculum reform of basiceducation to seek the relevancy of curriculum reform. The relevancy means that experience is theMoral Education’s inherent regulations, experienced teaching is advantageous to thedevelopment of students’ subjectivity, also, experienced teaching promotes the blending ofteachers and students, and enhances Moral Education’s effectiveness. In the practice ofexperienced teaching, experienced teaching of Moral Education develops completely, andexhibits the characteristics of life, opening and practicality. However, influenced by the factorssuch as examination-oriented education, present condition of education, the limitation ofexperienced teaching itself, and the teachers’ professional development level, there still existssome problems like experience’s deficiency, unbalance, blindness, formalization, plainness andunipolarity, all these problems constrain the effect.Standing in the height of the curriculum, to promote the further development of experiencedteaching of Moral Education, we should follow three aspects. Firstly, we should integrate thecurriculum resources and rich contents, to set up the concept of integration, opening anddeveloping, to apply teaching resources creatively, to develop teaching resources effectively, andto make a deep research on the moral resources of China outstanding traditional culture, to strengthen the organic connections with other curriculums and make the curriculums worktogether. Secondly, we should optimize the teaching process and innovative the experiencemanners. Modern teaching methods should be made full use, and various teaching methodsshould be applied flexibly. Among them, carrying out theme practical activities actively andpromoting the dialogues between teachers and students effectively are emphasized. Thirdly, weshould improve the teaching evaluation and strengthen experience effects. To improve thehealthy development of students’ morality, we should insist on development assessment,highlight the process evaluation, adhere to the evaluation content multidimensional, evaluationdiversification and evaluation mode diversification.
