Research On University Structure Of Academic Organization In View Of Disciplinary Development

University structure of academic organization, which consists of kinds of colleges and departments and their relations, play an important role in realization function of academic organization. In view of history, our university structure of academic organization has transformed university-college-department or university-institute-lab into university-college-lab/ discipline group. In the process of transformation, that inside energy inferior to external energy has resulted in route from top to bottom in revolution of academic organization. After traces and quest for college and department or teaching and scientific research institution which are 143 national colleges and universities, the thesis describes universal problem of university structure of academic organization in vertical and horizontal aspects. Discipline being not only systematic and regulatory knowledge,but the core of academic activity is the bridge to connect both of them. On the basis of traditional and social epistemology, disciplinary logic of differentiation and integration has been put forward in natural and imperative respects. Following disciplinary logic,university structure of academic organization should be established to improvement unattached discipline in vertical aspect and promotion of connection among disciplines in horizontal aspect. Therefore, optimization route in our national university structure of academic organization is discussed based on management span,disciplinary logic and people-oriented. In vertical angles, flat structure of academic organization under the college system attaches deep development to discipline.In horizontal angles, its flexibility on discipline groups enhances disciplinary integration. Finally, mechanisms are proposed to optimize and improve university structure of academic organization.
