How to survive and develop in the rapidly changing and strongly competitive society has become an important problem facing all levels of organizations. Peder Senge's "Learning-type Organization Theory" has provided a clear direction for business and other social organizations. What should educational organizations do? Does it mean that we should also consider building an "Learning-type Organization" as our aim? If not, then what should we define our educational organization development and how should we build perfect educational organizations? These are two key problems that are to be solved in this thesis. In fact, the two problems have one focus, that is to build educational-innovative organizations. Under the principles of "emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with times", basing on the world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, with the help of phenomenology as its observation and analysis methods, and through data analysis and making a survey, the author makes deep and systematic study on the topics addressing above.Firstly, the author defines such concepts as educational innovation, organizational innovation, learning-type organizations and innovative organizations. Here the author initiatively put forth the two concepts, "educational-innovative organization" and "educational-innovative-type organization". And while making deep and dialectic analysis of "learning-type organization", the author explains the advantage and disadvantage of "learning-type organization", and expounds the reasons that "learning-type organization" has not become a developmental goal and is not a perfect type. The author clearly puts forth a new point of view that modern educational organizations should have "educational-innovative organization" and "educational —innovative-type organization" as their objective of struggle and the aim of perfect state.Secondly, the author contends that leadership plays an important role in the course of educational- innovative organizations. The author borrows some theories of organization and educational leadership from home and abroad, summarizes some models of leadership that help improving the ability of educational innovation, points out some obstacles and puzzles of organizational innovation, analyses the content and characteristics of the culture of educational organization innovation, suggests some correspondent leadership measures to take, systematically analyzes some qualities ofleadership of educational innovative organization, and obtains suitable scheme of quality structure. The thesis specially and systematically studies the content and strategies of the leadership of educational innovative organizations, specifies the strategic leadership and the three main leadership activities, which are learning activities of educational innovative organizations, research activities and innovative activities. The thesis also discusses the strategic leadership models and the leadership strategies and specific methods of the three main leadership activities.Thirdly, while emphasizing the functions of leadership, the author pays attention to the functions of organization management, and clearly distinguishes the difference between management in educational- innovative organizations and management in traditional organizations, aiming to enforce management and innovation of educational-innovative organizations from six aspects, namely, effects, systematic management, knowledge management, problem and crisis management, achievement management and meeting management. In accordance with the actual situations of educational organizations of our country, the author studies deeply and systematically on the knowledge management, problem and crisis management and meeting management, not only putting forth theoretical points of view, but summarizing correspondent management models and effective management strategies and methods.Fourthly, the author firstly puts "educational thinking style" into the categories of leadership and management, consideri...
