Nowadays the development of the times requires individuals to have basic democratic accomplishment, such as political values, democratic knowledge, democratic spirit, democratic ability, etc., but the existence of all sorts of questions in students' political life is unfavorable to the bringing up of students' democratic accomplishment.Influenced by the tool value pursuing, school educators have formed narrow education quality view at present. Controlled by this kind of idea, students' political life becomes the dependency of the learning-life, shown as the inclination of regarding school grade as the standard of political life and educators mostly pay attention to the discipline control aimed at " students' learning "; The educator lacks enough attention to students' political life. So, it has caused the reduction of the meaning of the present students' political life. Meanwhile, because the parents of students only pay attention to learing-life as the surviving means which influence the students' attitude to the political life and the enthusiasm of participating it, and weaken the meaning of students' political life indirectly. The reduction of the political life meaning is unfavorable to the forming of students' political values.In the political life, the development of students' democratic ability depends on the full play of students' entity. But upon the current situation, traditional authority worship consciousness, educator's " materialization " and " outside mould " idea in students cause educators take authoritative doctrine of management to student department layer, suppressing the full play of students' entity. Educator's rigid regular consciousness make educators become formulation person, inculcator and supervisor, and neglect the full play of students' entity. The educator exerts influence on students on behalf of the society, but the inclination of light individual's is apt to make the educator neglect the entity of student's colony, suppress student's individual entity in students' political life in the heavy colony of traditional culture. All sorts of inclination of suppressing or neglecting students' entity has caused students' entity can't function effectively among the political life, unfavorable to developing students' democratic ability.Students need to grasp democratic knowledge and to form democratic spirit through teacher-student's and student-student's own democratic life. At present, a lot of educators' democratic knowledge and democratic spirit are comparatively scarce, among which the shortage of educator's democratic spirit is shown as two main respects: one is the lack of correct understanding on the spiritual intension of democracy; the other is that although the educators have grasped the democratic knowledge and understood the intension of democratic spirit, they cannot carry out democratic spirit in students' political lifeOn one hand, educator's shortage of democratic knowledge and democratic spirit directly caused the phenomenon of infringement of democracy in students' political life; on the other hand, it caused the lack of the justicial atmosphere of students' political life. In addition, the weakness of students' sense and ability of self-protection and the lack of automatic control ability also caused the phenomenon of infringement of democracy in their political life. So, current political life is unfavorable to grasp democratic knowledge and form democratic spirit.Improvement of students' political life quality of the school and the nurture of students' democratic accomplishment, need educators to realize the meaning of the political life correctly, to strengthen students' cognition and deepen students' emotional experience, to bring the entity of students into play authentically, and to lead students to establish democratic life verily.
