The curriculum management of school is defined in this dissertation as the management of school, which the school works as a subject of curriculum management, on the curriculum plan, development, implementation, evaluation and the related factors & conditions. The curriculum management is considered as the basic right and responsibility of contemporary school. The current curriculum reform of basic education in our country has endowed the school definitely the subjective position to manage curriculum. However, various kinds of subjective and objective factors such as the insufficient curriculum awareness and capability, the backward superordinate curriculum administration, the alienation of examination-orientated educational culture, the imbalanced distribution of curriculum resource and the means-ends rational thoughts all combine to form a huge limitation, which makes the curriculum management of our elementary and secondary school in a trouble of "Should do" but "difficult to do" due to avianization or absence of subjectivity.The theory of subject of curriculum management of school is mainly about the viewpoints that the school develops the subjectivity of the educators and educated in a subjective way of curriculum management. Seen from the function and aim of thing-in-itself, the curriculum management aims in developing the subjective spirit of the educators and educated. Seen from the approach of realization, the curriculum management should have it own subjectivity. When the operational process is concerned, the school should adhere to the principles of subjectivity of curriculum management. Examined from the view of curriculum theory, the evolution of curriculum modes is the historical origin of curriculum management of school, the contemporary subjective idea of curriculum is its basis of epoch characteristics, and "the specific property and meaning of curriculum" is its foundation of noumenon. The stress on the subjectivity of teachers and students is the trend of thoughts of curriculum policy. Therefore, the theory of subject on the curriculum management of school originates from the renewal of curriculum theory, the backward of curriculum institution, and the expectation of the development of curriculum.Examined by the clue based on the aim, content, subject and approaches of curriculum management, the curriculum management should include the following meanings of subjectivity: the development of subjects is the essential aim of curriculum management of school, and "the whole course" is its expression of content, and "share the curriculum" is its major idea, and complex paradigm is its mode of thinking. The case of curriculum management of school analyzed and explained by the theory of subject indicates that only when the school sets up the subjective idea and system of curriculum management, and builds the subjective course of curriculum management and realizes the transformation of subjectivity of curriculum evaluation pattern, could it develop and give the rein to its subjectivity of curriculum management, promote the subjective interaction between country, local area and schools and ensure the complete implementation of curriculum reform in the school.
