Operation Mode Of "learning User" Under The Concept Of Distance Higher Education Teaching

The modern Distance Higher Education, whose kernel is ICT(Information and Communications Technology), is becoming a main form of education. That our country has been providing chances for more and more people to gain an excellent education by developing the modern Distance Higher Education, should be considered an inevitable choice for carrying out the scientific development conceptions and establishing a harmonious world. However, when we look back and ponder the whole developing trends of modern Distance Higher Education in our country, we should find that we have put much more effort in increasing the student quantity instead of in other aspects. What we have done in the past few years has taken the Distance Higher Education into a pretty pass. The Ministry of Education has brought forward that we should take a suitable reformational and developmental step for higher education. In order to take a suitable reformational and developmental step for the Distance Higher Education, we must persist that students be the bases of education, and education and the teaching should follow their developing rules. Solving deep-seated problems and conflicts that obstacle the development of Distance Higher Education, so as to accelerate its comprehensive, harmonious and continuable development.In my opinion, this research is in accordance with this developmental direction. Researches have been made mainly on the running processes of Distance Higher Education, widely provided by Radio & TV University systems and Network Colleges of many experimental universities. I insist on combination of theoretical research and practical exploration, and put the research keystone on the establishment of the conception and Teaching Running Mode of Distance Higher Education.
