Theoretical study arises from the need of practice. The study on ideological and political education of interactive practice is not only an answer to the contemporary social reality, but also is helpful for the good development of ideological and political education. The activities of ideological and political education develop between the person who educates and the person who is educated. As a result, without the interactive practice between the two aspects, there can be no ideological and political education at all. Ideological and Political Education of divided subject and object emphasizes too much on the dominant status of educators and the degree of obedience of the educated. So it is a kind of one-sided education that gives too much attention to the whole community and suppresses human development. Ideological and political education of subjectivity is liable to slide into a single, self-generated and human-center situation. Also it can lead to social alienation and the deterioration of the ecological environment. Ideological and political education of inter-subjectivity is an inter-thinking approach away from practice, which to establish the main inter-relationship between subjects mainly from the observing attitude. It bases practice on the castle in the air away from the relationship between subject and object. So the inter-subjectivity becomes abstract. The ideological and political education of interactive practice tries to overcome the faults of the former three kinds of ideological and political education and to promote human development through communication and dialogue between educational subjects in an environment of harmonious resonance.The so called interactive practice refers to the material interaction activities which are conducted by multi-polar subjects in certain circumstances under the guidance of the principle of inter-subjectivity. In this kind of practice, the multi-polar subjects transform or change their common intermediary objects and they influence each other. The study on ideological and political education from the angle of interactive practice is to take the ideological and political education as the activities of interactive practice which is between person and person or subject and subject. Ideological and political education of interactive practice refers to the activities of education practice in which educators and the educated mutually influence and encourage each other through education and self-education, exchanges and communication, dialogue and understanding in certain educational environment. Eventually, they consciously or unconsciously accept some national or social mainstream ideology, thinking, political views and moral standards, forming ideological and moral character needed by certain society or class and promoting individual comprehensive development.Summing up the advantages and disadvantages of our past ideological and political education, we can find that the lack of philosophical thinking is one of the main reasons why our ideological and political education is not so effective. Therefore, it has undoubtedly of great significance to discuss the ideological and political education using the relevant theoretical achievement of philosophy. Based on the theory of interactive practice of philosophy, this dissertation will launch an innovative research in the ideological and political education. By centering on "Why do we study ideological and political education of interactive practice", "how does ideological and political education of interactive practice go into our vision" , "what is ideological and political education of interactive practice" and "how to succeed in ideological and political education of interactive practice" and so on. They will construct the first-step theoretical system of the ideological and political education of interactive practice. The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the first chapter "Introduction". This part is the general study of ideological and political education of interactive practice. Firstly, it launches the research on the origin and meaning of ideological and political education of interactive practice, and points out it is not only ananswer to the question of contemporary social reality but also is helpful for the construction and development of ideological and political education. Secondly, it reviews and analyzes the current relevant research. Thirdly, it introduces the trend of the future research from six aspects. Fourthly, it points out the main idea of this research from three aspects of i.e. "why", "what" and "how to do", and outlines four aspects of the method of the research. Fifthly, it points out the main innovation in this paper: broadening horizons of the study of ideological and political education, and promoting the development of academic research; providing a new research methods to ideological and political education; summarizing and analyzing the theoretical origin, the historical and realistic basis of ideological and political education of interactive practice; constructing the theoretical system of ideological and political education of interactive practice primarily.The second part is chapter II "The rational evidence of the ideological and political education of interactive practice", which paves the way for the paper. It Summarizes and analyzes the theoretical origin, the historical basis and the realistic foundation of ideological and political education of interactive practice. It mainly replies, "Why should we research the ideological and political education of interactive practice ", "How does the ideological and political education of interactive practice go into our vision." It points out that the theoretical basis of practice of ideological and political education of interactive practice is: the ancient and modern thinkers' judgment on "interactive practice" ideological and moral education; the philosophy of human and the interactive practice of Marxist theory; the inter-subjectivity theory of modern Western philosophy. The vicissitude evidence of the times about ideological and political education of interactive practice is: the international environment of the era of globalization and information technology; the domestic environment of the socialist market economic system; the theoretical background of people-centered sustainable development theory; the practical requirements of the community of fulfilling scientific development and building a socialist harmonious society.The third part of the paper includes chapter III and chapter IV. It is the main part of the thesis which mainly answered "What is the ideological and political education of interactive practice." Of which:Chapter III is "the connotation, essence of nature and characteristics of ideological and political education of interactive practice ".Firstly, it analyzes the connotation of the ideological and political education of interactive practice from three aspects: the definition of the main inter-related concepts such as "interactive practice" and "inter-subjectivity"; the "subject - object - the other subject" education structure; the educational environment as an important factor of the ideological and political education. Secondly, it points out that the essence of the ideological and political education is the communication education and latent education. Thirdly, it points out that ideological and political education of interactive practice has four characteristics such as two-way interactive, return balance, harmonious but different, mutually beneficial and win-win.Chapter IV "the Comparative study on ideological and political education of interactive practice with the traditional ideological and political education". It upholds the principle of inheritance and innovation through a comparative study by combining ideological and political education of interactive practice with ideological and political education of the divided subject and object, ideological and political education of subjectivity, ideological and political education of inter-subjectivity, and other traditional ideological and political education. It further summed up the characteristics and advantages of the ideological and political education of interactive practice. Compared with the traditional ideological and political education, the ideological and political education of interactive practice has given the unprecedented attention and their dominant position to the educated. It is a process of sharing knowledge, psychological communication, emotional resonance, improving wisdom together, meaning generation and the spirit of resonance.The forth part contains Chapter 5 and 6 that points out the realization of Ideological and Political Education of interactive practice. It is both the focus and the aim of the full dissertation. It mainly replies, "What should we do about ideological and political education of interactive practice ".This issue tries to establish the model of ideological and political education of interactive practice. It mainly discusses the realization of ideological and political education of interactive practice from eight aspects. Firstly, we must establish "people-oriented" concept of education, both educators and the educated are unique, they both are the subjects of ideological and political education, and they should be both respected and loved. Secondly, we should regard promoting human's comprehensive development and the society's harmonious development as the pursuit and goals of ideological and political education of interactive practice. Thirdly, we should link real life and have reality education target to explore the main content of ideological and political education of interactive practice. At present, we should pay attention to strengthening the education of core socialist values system; enhancing the education of competitiveness, cooperation, rules, integrity awareness of the era; enhancing the education of the socialist concept of honor and universal ethics education; enhancing the education of China's excellent traditional culture and advanced foreign culture; enhancing the education of the ideological and moral education in network. Fourthly, we should establish the acceptable mechanism of ideological and political education such as experience, recognition, context and solidification etc. Fifthly, we should follow the guidance of the ideological and political education such as interaction, the more interactive; mutual appreciation and common progress; transcendence on the basis of adaptation, the adaptation under the guidance of transcendence. Sixthly, we should uphold the principles of ideological and political education such as democracy with equality, return to life, social practice, education and self-education etc. Seventhly, we should draw some experience from modern scientific management theory and regard dialogue and communication as the basic method of ideological and political education. Last, to foster realistic social harmony subject should be regarded as an important assessment indicator of the ideological and political education.
