With excellent chapters designated for learning, classical and other advantages, but there are also some shortcomings, one of which is the teachers over-relianceing on texts, teaching too much too detail in classrooms, using the contents of the texts as reading teaching content. This misunderstanding and operational errors are the main reason causing reading teaching in primary schools of poor quality, low efficiency. Higher grades, worse results. Relying on the extra-curricular reading is only a role of making up.How the use of information technology, within classroom teaching time, through information technology and deeper integration of reading teaching, to improve language teaching quality and efficiency? This article, with its theoretical principles from children thinking development theory, principles of predominating subjectival structure of teaching, theory of language perception, and theory of analogical transposition in reading maintaining, attempts to investigate the curricular expanding reading education of senior-grade primary Chinese study from theoretical and practical research supported with the methods of action research and think - aloud protocols and so on. This research as a part of 'Leapfrogging Development Project on Experimental Basic Education (Chinese) under Web-based Environment' announce the following three issues in order to construct an integrated curricular expanding reading system under web-based environment.Firstly, this research attempts to set up the curricular expanding reading pedagogy based on theories of relative theories..Secondly, the research builds up a way on curricular expanding reading study under the cyber environment based on innovative instructional design. Thirdly, this article is also a design and exploits progress of the cyber environment supporting of curricular expanding reading, based on its current useful techniques and resources. Innovations and original ideas in this article reside as follows:First of all, innovations of both theorical and practical. This research systematically developed the pedagogy of curricular expanding reading of senior-grade primary Chinese education under the cyber environment, and offered an integrated analysis of the teaching practical process. Then, this research offered the five classifications of expanding reading materials and emphasized the teaching goals in accordance with possible reading material selection, which breaks the traditional principles based on course type or course hours. Thus students can have multiple flexible choices in reference to their recognition levels and reading preference.Second, Innovations in technique, as the development of software, SURF (Share Unique Reading Feeling). Through this software, students can accomplish many online reading functions as well as sharing their reading experience, with methods such as commentaries, highlighting, and many other similar advantages of paper reading materials. Realize the integration of reading individual and together, thinking and records, learning and evaluation.Third, innovations on research methods. This research is the new exploration in web-based reading and Chinese education field, being supported by methods of think - aloud protocols and text encoding analysis, in terms of different subject understandings from groups of students on their textbook and reading resources. Research methods consist of paper test, student's composition sample analysis, subject survey, and interviews with teachers and students, and the results were combined together to approve the effects of learning target.
