Study And Evaluate On Sports Sustainable Development Of China

Sustainable development is a goal of development pursued by each field of the whole world.So is the goal of development of Chinese physical culture.However,from the results of stuying documents,the research of sustainable development of Chinese physical culture is far behind the development of Chinese physical culture,and it's also far behind the process of theoretic study of existing sustainable development.Therefore,the development of Chinese physical culture is quite weak in theory.This paper,with the theory of sustainable development and system,will try to construct a system of sustainable development in Chinese physical culture,to evaluate its standard of development and to determine its state of development.This system will provide theoretical basis for sustainable development of Chinese physical culture,and data support for drawing up relatively general and specific policies.From the view of development and the reality of Chinese physical culture,this paper thinks sustainable development is an inevitable choice of the development of Chinese physical culture. According to the methodology of system,sustainabledevelopment of Chinese physical culture is a complicate and huge system,which takes policy,economy,culture,population,technology and resources as external developing circumstances,sports policy,sports econmy,sports population,sports culture,sports technology and sports resources as key element,mass sports,athletic sports as developing core,pursuing an overal development of one's person as final goal.The theoretical base of system development is the theory of sustainabledevelopment,the theory of entropy theory and the theory of dissipative structure theory in systematical theory.According to these theories,the principles,connotation,structure and characteristics of sustainabledevelopment of Chinese physical culture constructed from basic theory can be obtained.Constructed system adopts logical analysis,questionaire to determine original choice target system of evaluation system;It also adopts illegibility math method,linearity correlation method,Delphi method and Statistic method to test original choice target system's feasibility,correctness,necessity and importance to make the target perfect.Thereby,it establishes 35 targets of its system.It adopts gradation analysis to calculate weight of each target and its subsystem and arrange independently and generally.It adopts weighting linearity sum method to compose each target of system to evaluate its standard of development of each subsystem and system.It adopts entropy Coefficient and correlation coefficientmethod to evaluate the correctness and identity of target results.From above study and evaluation,this paper concludes:The study of sustainabledevelopment of Chinese physical culture is not only popular but also difficult;Existing study has too much qualitity, but is lack of quantity:Sustainabledevelopment of Chinese physical culture has its practical base and theoretical foundation;The theory of sustainabledevelopment and system science are the main theoretical foundation of sustainabledevelopment,of Chinese physical culture;The system of sustainabledevelopment of Chinese physical culture has its own specific structure,key element and function:10 targets in target group which influence system to a great degree are standard of state's invest in physical culture,index which state's physical culture enterprise invests in production,devotion ratio of sports estate,rate of achieving the standards for physical training,GDP,participation rate of mass movement,standard of finance's invest in sports enterprise,index of sports manpower,standard of education development and state's invest in sports;The results of the standard and state of sustainabledevelopment of Chinese physical culture from 1991 to 2005 are:From 1991 to 1998,the development standards separately are 0.25,0.28,0.30,0.23,0.28,0.37,0.37,0.44,which are in a state of insustainabledevelopment;From 1999 to 2000,the development standards separately are 0.46,0.54,which are in a state of approaching sustainabledevelopment;From 2001 to 2005,the development standards separately are 0.59,0.63,0.59,0.55,0.58,which are in a state of sustainabledevelopment.These results of evaluation are proved to be objective and true.
