Study On The Career Planning And Management Of The Athletes

The famous English philosopher Russell has ever said that:" career choosing is so important that it determines one's future....what you will be depends on the career that you choose."In our country,because of the age,social experience or other reasons,there are a lot of athletes when wondering what to do after retirement,can't make sense that athletic career choosing is different from the career choosing of other fields.Unlucky,they don't make enough planning and preparing when athletics career ends;this can not only cause negative effects to the development of these athletes themselves,but also to the sports organizations.This disquisition starts from the characteristics of athletic career, after analyzed the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that affect athletes career for life,the qualification that a healthy condition should have is risen up,and at last a discussion of importance and how to bring career planning and management into effect is given.The main studying methods:literature,data analysis,interviewing,logical analysis,single case researchingConclusion:as a kind of occupational activity,athletic function has many special points of its own,such like the oneness of subject and object, temporality and systematicness,the simultaneous period of training and studying,the commonweal and commercialization at the same time and so on. Athletic career cycle is separated into two parts according to the career transition point,including the period of athletic career and the period after.The factors,no matter from intrinsic or extrinsic,together form a complicated structure.One has to control outside ones and encourage inside ones of this structure so as to inspire the intrinsic motivation.Only by doing so,the athletes' integrative diathesis and working capacity can be arisen,and the healthy condition of career for life can be maintained.However,as the society and employment system keeps on evolving in these years,so does our sports enterprise.Thus,the subjects that invest sport teams have their investment changed to more aspects,the economic traits of athletes has becoming more and more obvious,too.Therefore,on the one hand,sport organizations should positively do something to help athletes increase their working capability and integrative diathesis.On the other hand,by exploit the immateriality asset of the athletes can also help them acquire more income,of which can be a stable economic fundamental after the retirement of athletes This way can decrease the cost of cultivation subjects and save more society resource,and what is more to accelerate the development of the whole level not only in our country but also in the world competition.This study includes the condition of athletic career planning and management of abroad;some suggestions related to the construction of policy and rule system,course system,support and guarantee system are given,too. The difficulties of this study are at the following aspects:a general speaking of theoretic about athletic career abroad;the discussion of importance of career planning and management of athletes;the analysis and research about the working capability,career tendency;the theoretic and methods about planning and management system,course system,teaching system and so on.
