With the number of kindergartens in rural areas of Baoding increasing,the demand for rural kindergarten teachers is also increased.However,there is a big gap in the construction of rural kindergarten teachers,and the overall quality is weak,which directly affects the development of rural preschool education in Baoding.In the "State Council on the current development of preschool education," pointed out that "to strengthen the training of kindergarten teachers",to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers.The kindergarten education guidelines(Trial)"clearly pointed out the requirements of preschool teachers should strengthen their self-cultivation,have a profound understanding and awareness for each subject in the field of knowledge,understand thecharacteristics of the children's physical and mental development in different ages,to improve the quality of preschool education.Therefore,it is imperative for teachers to carry out continuing education.However,due to the impact of the level of economic development,there are various problems and difficulties in the continuing education for rural kindergarten teachers.This study will focus on the status quo of Rural Kindergarten Teachers Continuing Education in Baoding,from outside to inside,summing up the problems in the status quo,discussing the mitigation and resolution strategies.Using the questionnaire survey method and interview method,this research has investigated the demand and status quo of continuing educationof Baoding city rural preschool teachers' basic situation,and using SPSS to analyze the data's descriptiveness,difference,correlation,and found the following problems: 1.At the level of departments in charge of education,lack of support to rural education differentiated the nature kindergarten teacher,give teachers less and unbalanced training opportunities,lack of in-depth implementation of the supervision for training;2.In the aspect of training organization,training ignores the subjectivity of teachers,and the combination of training content and practice is low and lack of hierarchy;3.The kindergarten and the teachers do not pay enough attention to continuing education overall,the kindergarten lack of twice training,while the teachers lack of self-education and self-reflection.In view of the problems found,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in line with the basic situation of the rural kindergartens: 1.In the government and education departments,strengthen the protection of rural kindergarten teachers welfare,policy support,education funding,establish and improve the rural kindergarten teachers training mechanism;2.In training schools level,the training should be combined with the local reality,make full use of local resources;thetraining should also focus on different groups of teachers,hierarchical training;And they should give full play to the teacher's main position,interests and subjective initiative;3.From the perspective of kindergarten and teachers themselves,kindergarten managers should pay attention to continuing education,ensure teachers' fair participation in continuing education,improve the system of rewards and punishments of continuing education,and attach importance to the second training;Teachers should pay attention to their own education,and constantly reflect on themselves.
