Shanghai Senior Teacher Of High School Physics Continuing Education Of Study

Teachers'continuing education becomes the focal point which people concerned gradually. As the main of the faculty, advanced teachers'continuing education doesn't attain enough attentions. Under the background of teachers'professional development, on the basis of lifelong education and continuing education etc., this research employs questionnaire on the part of physics advanced teachers of middle school in Shanghai, and interviews individual physics advanced teachers and teachers training institutes. By analyzing and thinking the results of the investigations, integrating the correlative materials about teachers'continuing education,this research generalizes some basic present situation about physics advanced teachers of middle school in Shanghai, and some status about advanced teachers'continuing education, also elaborates the hidden causes which are associated with the conditions deeply. In attempt to embody the actual problems and puzzles which lie in the process of advanced teachers'development and elevation in truth. In the final of this thesis, some problems which include teachers training institute and teachers themselves are reflected with emphasis, and some improved suggestions are given. In the last, expecting this research to accelerate improving on advanced teachers'continuing education and teachers'integrated qualities.
