Study On Occupational Status Attainment Of Chinese Basketball Coaches

As one of main body of the sport training,basketball coaches are the focus of attention all along.But occupational status attainment of Chinese basketball coaches in social mobility is the weakness in research. Taking learners in Chinese basketball coach middle-senior training class as research object,and occupational status attainment of basketball coaches as research theme,from the angle of human capital and social capital,the paper analyzed the characteristics of human capital and social capital of Chinese basketball coaches at present,put normative analysis on the process and the procreant problem of occupational status attainment of basketball coaches,and tabled rational proposals on how to advance the coaching level of coaches,by using methods of literature study,normative analysis,questionnaire investigation,expert consultation,mathematical statistics and case analysis.The main research results are as follows:1.The characteristics of human capital of Chinese basketball coaches: Academic qualification of coaches is enhanced significantly,but the academic qualification of coaches with non-sport major is not improved, there is some proportion that coaches attain qualifications by correspondence,non-full-time study and self study;CBA coaches who are in the state of instability and want to be the excellent ones,should spend 15-20 years on accumulation of coaching experience,the age is about 43-56,and the reasonable structure of coaching staff needs 4-6 persons; health status of coaches is poor,and 60.8%of them have acute or chronic injuries,this will have an impact on the coaching enthusiasm of coaches.2.The characteristics of social capital of Chinese basketball coaches:Occupational prestige of coaches is higher than athletes',and university teachers' occupational prestige is higher than coaches'. It is possible that the athletes seek the post of professional coach and the professional coaches seek the post of university teacher;3.There is no obvious relationship between individual talent and social capital which coaches make use of in the process of occupational status attainment of Chinese basketball coaches,and if father's occupation is associated with sport,it will have an impact on the occupational status attainment;there is linear correlation between independent variable such as academic qualification,sport experience, coaching achievement,coaching experience and recommend of coaches and dependent variable;after multiple stepwise regression analysis, independent variable,coaching achievement and recommend of coaches enter linear regression equation,there is obvious bear correlation in them,the better coaching achievement is,the less the help from coaches is,and the worse coaching achievement is,the more the help from coaches is.4.For the individual application,it will make personal access to the ideal post or chances of mobile posts maximal by strong relationship of trust.The strong relationship of trust among Chinese basketball coaches result in the form of business relationship and geopolitical relationship as teammates and team members flowing to the same team or the same area.5.The fluxion of foreign coaches in CBA is too frequent,that will cause the instability of technical and tactical style of basketball team. It has become a new trend that professional coaches coach in CUBS and CUBA,and this is the rudiment of sports returning to education.
