The paper is entitled "A Research on the Formulation Mechanism of Teachers' TeachingEffectiveness--Thinking on Another Model of the Rural Senior High School", The main purposeof this paper is to research the formulation mechanism of teachers' teaching effectiveness using the narrative method. In this research, the "Rural Senior High School"refers to the senior high school in administrative divisions of the county in rural areas who is in a disadvantageous position of matriculate quality, school resource and teacher quality. The "Model of the Rural Senior High School" refers to the senior high schools that have got good scores in the College Entrance Examination by using the examination-oriented model in some counties in Jiangsu Province.The reasons why I chose such a topic are: Firstly, It is because of the personal experiences of the author. In several repeated experiences from students to teachers and from teachers to students, the author deeply knew how much the teachers' teaching effectiveness matters. Secondly, it is because of the current reality of our education. Education in some rural areas in china is still in backward, so some schools in rural areas yield to the strength of the rural field and let the things it be. some schools in rural areas have taken hard-working and diligence from the teachers and students to extremes, rely on lengthening the teaching and learning time to get the so called "high quality". The low teaching performance of the teachers resulted the low quality and the disparagement of the teachers' and students' life.The basic point of this paper is: Although many factors impact the teaching effectiveness and those factors interacts in dimension with each other, which makes the teaching effectiveness very complicated, but the history and practice of the teachers' teaching effectiveness research have proved that the improvement process of the teachers' teaching effectiveness is such a process that the teacher applicate synthetically the scientific and artistic means based on teachers' philosophy. This research described the process that teachers applicated synthetically the scientific and artistic means basing on teachers' philosophy to improve their teaching effectiveness by narrating on Bai Bin and Lei Ming's professional development, educational ideas formation, classroom learning community establishment and the use of teaching strategies.The quality of education is the eternal theme of education. At present, the improvement of teaching, the improvement of education quality, the training of high-level students, have become the common voice of all countries in the world. Teachers have a pivotal position in the innovation of education; the teachers' teaching effectiveness has an important impact on the quality of education. It is believed in this study that the teachers' teaching effectiveness theory and the practice of educators are the two poles that the researchers assumed. The teachers' teaching is like neither the practice derived from the theory suggested by rationalism nor the theory put into the practice suggested by behaviorism. The theory that plays role in teachers' teaching must be rooted in the practice of educators and acculturated in the teaching action through symbiosis with the teachers' practice.In modern China, the social mobility and social structure mobility are obviously decreasing because of the social stabilization, and the social mobility is more and more routine, farmers view entering a college as an important way of upward mobility, so the rural senior high school is the place where they can realize their dreams. After so many years the rural senior high schools have got great triumphs in College Entrance Examination, but the hard working made the low quality and the disparagement of the teachers' and students' life, leading to some tragedies of anticipation of today with the losing of tomorrow. People began to search the breakout of the model of the rural senior high school with criticizing.The author surveyed on A Senor High School of Chongqing and B Senor High School of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region with this problem. Judging from what the author surveyed, the two schools are not competitive in the matriculate quality and fund to the schools in downtown as same as other rural senior high schools. But in order to improve the teaching quality, they took enough measures to develop teachers to improve teaching effectiveness. and they explored another model of rural senior high school with effective teaching, enjoyable learning and satisfied examination.The aim of teacher's professional development is to improve teaching effectiveness, Bai Bin and Lei Ming took the professional development measures such as analyzing situation, setting goals, choosing strategies, evaluating results and systematically reflection in their professional development. Bai Bin and Lei Ming's unforgettable professional development process told the generation process of teachers' knowledge and the process of impacting on their teaching effectiveness.Students' remarks on "Hundred Days' Swear" stricken Bai Bin's soul, Bai Bin realized that every student has his or her unique gift. Based on the cognition and his experience of teaching practice, Bai Bin shaped the educational idea of "teaching for active learning", and built this educational idea on the six teachers' consciousness, such as service consciousness, contract consciousness, information consciousness, self-independence consciousness, innovative consciousness and cooperative consciousness, and so on. After shaping the educational idea of "teaching for active learning", Bai Bin interpreted the characteristics of the educational idea of "teaching for active learning" with a series of actions, and constructed the meaning of learning, guided the students to learn how to learn on this basis.Common goal of teachers and students is not only the significant feature of the teachers' teaching effectiveness, but also have an important impact on the teachers' teaching effectiveness. The "good student" who is not confident made Lei Ming realizing that self-independence development is the internal demand of students development, and the training of self-independence development consciousness of the students is the important task in his classroom teaching. Inspired by the anonymous suggestion from the students, Lei Ming began to try to establish classroom learning community to improve the teaching effectiveness from the aspects of seeking feeling attribution, establishing internalized standards of conduct, building reciprocal and cooperative relationship, achieving the win-win developing goals and realizing dynamic and sustainable development.At the beginning of New Curriculum Reform, Bai Bin met a series of embarrass in the planning of education reform which also led to "the failure class" and "the bad achievements". But with the new curriculum reform going into the depth, Bai Bin and Lei Ming began to search for the high effective teaching strategies such as the direct teaching and inquiry teaching tried by Bai Bin, the guidance of learning methods tried by Lei Ming, group homework correcting reform carried by Bia Bin, the exploratory of these teaching strategies improved their teaching effectiveness.As Mr. Fei Xiaotong answered the questions about "In the vast country like China, whether the micro-studies of individual communities individual communities can be on behalf of China's national conditions.", he said "If we describe every type of China's rural areas by comparison, there is no need to observe hundreds of thousands of rural areas to know all the China's rural areas." Although the descriptions and interpretations about Bai Bin and Lei Ming's actions and experiences of teaching effectiveness will not be fully replicable in teacher's real life, but Everyone feel that it is beside himself or herself, and frequently occurs, so that readers will experience the resonance, then their classroom behavior will be affected and the teacher's teaching effectiveness will be improved. After the "relay" experienced by countless readers, the mechanism of teachers' teaching effectiveness will be formed from the several key aspects of teachers' teaching effectiveness described in this study.
