A Study About Mini-basketball's Fitting Teaching System

In recent years,Communist Party of China and government put more and more emphasis on school physical education and students' health.They put forward that school physical education and "Thousands of millions of students' Sunshine Sports Movement" will be big breakthrough and key points in the aspect of completely carrying out Quality Education.This proposal make it more important than ever before. P.E teaching is core of school physical education.To the existing problems in the traditional physical education,New Standard of P.E,and Healthy Course is established and executed.It still,however,have some problems.It is generally accepted that basketball is one of favorite sport items for most young children.Facing the problems in traditional P.E education and New Standard,the author deems,it is necessary and significant in cultivating young children's basketball proper teaching system so as to better promote school P.E,New Standard's reform and young children's growth.In this thesis,the author mainly employs file,measure,questionnaire,observe, statistics,based on pedagogy,kidology,physiology,and then comes to the following conclusions through the research on the four respects(court equipment,teaching content, teaching method and evaluation of learning) in the field of young children's basketball proper teaching system.1.The teaching system is made up of four parts.They are court equipment, teaching content,teaching method,evaluation of learning.Each part can also be independent.The four parts influence and work each other so that they could form a dynamic system.The system do good to facilitate young children's physical and mental health.2.The first part include two types:young people's and children's court equipment. Young people's court equipment:the girth of a basketball is 69.5~72.5cm,the weight is 490~560g,the height of a basket ring is 270cm and the length of a court is 24m,the width is 13m.Children's(Grade 1~3 in primary school):the girth of a basketball is 57~59.5cm,the weight is 330~379g,the height of a basket ring is 205cm and the length of a court is 16m,the width is 9m.Children's(Grade 4~6 in primary school):the girth of a basketball is 64.5~67cm,the weight is 420~480g,the height of a basket ring is 235cm and the length of a court is 20m,the width is 11m.3.The second part(teaching content system):Students in Grade One of primary school,they learn standing dribble and walking dribble,In Grade Two,they learn moving dribble and moving crossover dribble,In Grade Three,standing chest pass and standing single-hand shot,In Grade Four,moving chest pass and moving single-hand shot,In Grade Five,holding basketball crossover break and moving underhand shot,In Grade Six,standing jump single-hand shot.In junior middle school,students learn the base of attack and application of attach technique learned in primary school,including pass-and-go play(one pass one go),break cooperation,defense cooperation.And they also learn defense technique(slide and simple defense technique) and elementary defense cooperation(shut the door,exchange,fill in) and their application.In theory, students learn the technical terms mentioned above in primary school and names of elementary cooperation,brief technique and simple basketball rules.4.The third part(teaching method system):To the students in primary school,the method they learn one technique unit(within one week) is" watch video→exercise by themselves→group work→teacher's explanation and model→organize game,match by teacher." To the students in primary school,the method they learn one list of elementary cooperation(attack and defense) and their application within two weeks in "match→group work→teacher's explanation,model→organize exercises by teacher→go on exercising."5.The fourth part(evaluation system of learning):" Knowledge and technique" (40%),"learning attitude"(20%),"mood performance and cooperation"(40%) wholly make up the system.Learning score's evaluation take the combination of peer rating system and centesimal system.Besides,teacher also observe the degree of student's progress.To be concrete,students in Level 4 take peer rating,In Level 1,take remark, In Level 2,3,take both peer rating and remark.The form of learning score's evaluation in mini-basketball take student's self-evaluation,group's evaluation and teacher's evaluation.In details,in Level 2,student's self-evaluation reach 20%,group's 20%, teacher's 60%,In Level 3,they are,in turn,30%,30%40%,In Level 4,each takes 1/3.6.Compared to adult's court equipment,it" is favorable for young students to understand the basic technique:dribble,pass,shot,drive,to shape the consciousness of elementary cooperation and its application if adopting fitting equipment in mini-basketball's teaching.And it is also favorable to arouse student's more interest in basketball,to produce better mood,more satisfaction,to experience proper exercise load if adopting fitting teaching and match.7.Compared to students who receive teaching method of basketball game,although they have adopted the fitting equipment and court,students who adopted the fitting skills teaching are favorably have more satisfaction,better mood experience and stronger collective sense of self-pride.8.Taking fitting,teaching method in mini-baskethall,students will take better learning score in basketball,will grasp better basketball knowledge and technique,will bring about more active learning attitude,will shape better mood performance and cooperation,the physiological load of basketball course is proper,it is generally accepted by students.Taking fitting eveluation system,students will take better learning score in basketball,it is generally accepted by students.
