On March 17,2016,the full text of the Outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan was released,which proposed to "promote the construction of a healthy China,extensively carry out the national fitness campaign,and develop the sports industry",making sports and health a national strategy.At the same time,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "strong youth will make China strong,and strong sports will make China strong".In this context,the Chinese Basketball Association(CBA)responded to the national call and officially released the "Little Basketball Development Plan" and the launch of the Chinese Little Basketball League on November 20,2017.Basketball Association Chairman Yao Ming put forward "young basketball strong,then Chinese basketball strong",Chinese small basketball started again.Small basketball is based on the characteristics of children and teenagers,simplified game rules,the use of smaller basketball,smaller court,lower basketball height,suitable for children under 12 years old to participate in the basketball game.For elementary student's physical and mental characteristics are highly fit,but xi'an primary school campus in the small basketball teaching is also facing many problems,such as part of the PE teacher of primary school in a small basketball training,physical education teacher is more according to their own teaching experience,teaching random arrangement of teaching content,a line of sports teacher no system of teaching,primary school students there is no systematic study.Based on the status quo,this paper puts forward the aim of this study:combining the current situation of xi "an elementary school basketball teaching content and the existing problems,combining the elementary student's psychological,physiological characteristics,according to the principle of a scientific,reasonable and the design of the system,design the obeys the law of students physical and mental development in different stages of the small basketball teaching content.Through the research on the optimization of the teaching content of primary school basketball in Xi 'an,it is beneficial to constantly improve the teaching content of primary basketball,improve the teaching quality,and lay a solid foundation for the transportation of basketball reserve talents in China.The research methods used in this study are as follows: Literature material method,interview method,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis,mathematical analysis,field survey method,Delphi method,combining school sports study,sports physiology,sports teaching theory,theory of sports teaching content and relevant theory,to the small xi 'an primary school basketball teaching content present situation and the optimized in-depth research,the following conclusions:1.The setting of basketball teaching content in primary schools in Xi 'an is unreasonable,among which the main problems are chaos of teaching content arrangement,insufficient correlation between teaching content and teaching objectives,too few theoretical teaching contents selected in teaching content,and unscientific basis of teaching content selection.2.The optimization of primary school basketball teaching content in Xi 'an follows the principle of combining science,appropriateness,feasibility,practicability and interest,and takes into account the physical and mental development rules of primary school students at all levels,the formation rules of sports skills and the arrangement of teaching content.On this basis,a reasonable and repeatable teaching content is developed.3.According to the principles of teaching content optimization and factors considered in optimization,combined with the specific characteristics of small basketball teaching content and multiple rounds of selection by Delphi method,a three-level index system of small basketball teaching content was worked out,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators.4.After optimizing the teaching content of primary school basketball in Xi'an by weight analysis method,it is divided into the main part and the expansion part.Based on the characteristics of each level section,the optimized teaching content examples are given to provide reference for the selection of the teaching content of primary school basketball in Xi 'an.
