The problem of Graduates Employment is one of the social phenomenon that are generally concerned. The phenomenon of "difficult employment" in higher vocational colleges has affected the further development of vocational education. Therefore, the study of the vocational students’ employment psychology, explore the formation factors of Higher Vocational Students’ employment psychological problems, seek the countermeasures to solve the problem, improve the quality of Vocational Students’ employment, which all have the great practical significances to promote the steady and healthy development of higher vocational education.In this paper, the author takes Xianyang vocational and technical college students in grade 2012 and 2013 as samples. Through interviews, questionnaires and group discussion, study the psychological activity of higher vocational students during the employment. Then we found that employment pressure prevails among students, and they are not well known about themselves and social environment, even have inadequate understanding of professional and industry environment, and lack of necessary job preparation. Hidden behind these phenomena must be unhealthy psychological problems of employment: eager, anxious, worry about personal gains and losses, indecisive, blind conformity, depend on others, inferiority timid and compare with each other and so on. Investigate its reason, the influence of the traditional concept of "official" and the social evaluation system caused by the irrational psychological dislocation. From the student’s own factors, the formation of these psychological problems of employment are effected by their growing environment and values. Family atmosphere, parental education level, parents’ values, family economic situation, students’ growth process in the environment, and so on, have a subtle influence on the formation of students’ employment psychology. The value of students, the attitude towards the right, status, money, the difference between the ideal and the reality, and so on, further aggravate the problem of employment psychology. Family atmosphere and economic status, parental education and values, students’ growth process surrounding environment, and so on, all influence the formation of the employment psychology student. Students’ own values, attitudes towards the rights, status, money, and cognitive differences between ideal and reality, further exacerbating the generation of employment psychological problems.To overcome these psychological problems of employment, reduce the employment pressure and improve the quality of employment, vocational college students should carry out self-adjustment, establish a correct concept of employment, and enhance the ability to adjust and develop good personal career planning. They should make a full ranged job preparation from the ideological, psychological, and other aspects. From the school perspective, through building a new system employment guidance, make the psychological counseling centers, employment service centers and "Career Planning and Employment Guidance" course "Trinity", and play an effective role. At the same time, strengthen ideological and moral cultivation course construction, so that help vocational students establish a correct outlook on life and values, straighten moral position and clarify their relationship. By deepening the reform of vocational education, vigorously promote modern "apprenticeship", the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, work and study, to enhance vocational students to adapt to the post and to promote students’ employment work smoothly. In addition, all levels of governments should play the leading role in policy and funding to give students more and better support, improving vocational students’ employment environment. we should adapt to the National Entrepreneurial tide, play "Internet +" supporting role of employment and encourage students to start their own businesses. In short, only the community, school, and student themselves work together can fundamentally solve the problem of employment of students in Higher Vocational colleges.The innovation of this research lies in that the students of Xianyang Vocational and Technical College are the subjects of the study, which not only to study the employment psychological problems of higher vocational students, but also to study the psychological problems in the process of vocational college students. In order to solve the problem of students’ employment psychological problems in higher vocational colleges, and to provide guidance and help to improve students’ employment rate in higher vocational colleges, the author makes an objective understanding, analyze the factors of these problems and actively explore countermeasures and solutions. At the same time, it is beneficial to the vocational students’ professional development, and promotes the reform of higher vocational education.
