| In the context of employment,factors such as the failure to find a suitable job due to longterm job search and low self-esteem due to the denial of majors and schools will cause graduate students to feel serious employment pressure,resulting in employment anxiety,and even insomnia,dizziness,confusion,memory loss and a series of adverse reactions,which need to be paid attention to.Preventing employment anxiety and employment pressure in advance can have more positive effects on graduate students,so it is necessary to understand the population with high incidence of anxiety,but in the current study,the results of scholars are still quite divergent,and it is impossible to clearly distinguish the risk factors and protective factors affecting employment pressure and employment anxiety of master’s students.In this study,a total of 3823 articles were retrieved in Chinese and English from selfestablishment to December 2022 to December 2022 in this study,which systematically evaluated the influencing factors of employment pressure and employment anxiety of master’s degree students through meta-analysis.Literature screening criteria were determined,and AHRQ risk of bias assessment tools were adapted,adapted evaluation tools were used to judge literature quality,high-quality literature was selected for inclusion in studies according to the criteria,relevant data were extracted,and RevMan 5.4 software was used for data collation and analysis.The study of employment stress was finally included in 25 articles,and the study of employment anxiety was finally included in 19 articles,all included in the type of questionnaire survey,all of which were master’s students,and examined their stress and anxiety levels in employment situations.A total of 10 influencing factors were selected for study:gender,place of origin,only child,grade,professional category,work experience,marital status,degree type,consistency of undergraduate and master’s majors and school category.The results of the study on stress perception show that in the process of job search and employment,the characteristics of rural students,master’s degree,no work experience,inconsistency between liberal arts and master’s majors are risk factors,and the characteristics of urban students,master’s degree,work experience,and consistency between science and engineering and master’s degree are their protective factors.The results of the study on anxiety levels show that in the process of job search,the graduation year of master’s students is a risk factor,and the non-graduation grade is its protective factor.This study proposes a literature quality evaluation tool suitable for the questionnaire research process,broadens the application field of meta-analysis,and the results of this study can provide guidance for postgraduate education and employment assistance work in universities,prevent it in advance on the basis of understanding the causes of stress and anxiety as much as possible,alleviate the anxiety caused by risk factors in various aspects such as personal students,school,society and family,ensure the mental health of graduate students,and help them to work smoothly. |
