A Study On British Sports Organization System

As gradually established socialist market economy in China, there are problems appeared in the management system about the "whole nation system", the product of planned economy. After 10 years of sports reform, China's sports management system has been a certain sound. The "whole nation system" has got inherited, development and innovation. However, the sports management system has exposed a series of problems that has not been resolved correctly. Therefore, it is an important issue to build and configure the China's sports management organization system according to the development pattern of the market economy.As the first capitalist country in the world, Britain formed a relatively complete economic system and political system. The modern sports derived from Britain, and in the process of modern sports development, the British sports occupy a very important position. It is a very useful reference for China's sports system reform that established the sports management organization system, evolved gradually and improved in Britain. Based on this, it was presented to investigate the British sports management system in this paper.For this reason, It is the research object that the British sports organizational structure and the management structure, as well as regulatory agencies and organizational goals, responsibilities, regulations and related policies using the method of literature, expert interviews, case studies, law, comparative analysis and empirical analysis and logic analysis. It analyzed the organizational structure of the British sports organization and management system of all related aspects and influence factors from the start of the organization structure of British sports management system. It analyzed, summarized and summed up the nature characteristics of the British sports management organization system from the phenomenon to the nature, from a diverse material and realistic conditions in this research.The conclusions as follows:(1) British sports management organization system is a very complex and enormous systems, in addition to government agencies, numerous non-government (social) organizations are also actively involved in sports management. The diverse characteristics are reflected from British sports management organization system. (2) "A Sporting Future for All" and "Game Plan" is the core policies of the existing British sports management. Sports for all as an important content of sports management has got the support by the British Government continuously; elite sports has growing concerned by the British Government. Development and implementation of sports policy is an important guarantee for British Sports Management. (3) The British Government adopted a series of practical management measures for elite sports, community sports and school sports management. British Government is becoming more and more important and non-governmental organizations play an important role in the sports management system. The running process reflects strongly and mixed characteristics. (4) The wide range of sources of funding in British sport, "single-pot" funds allocated is the major distribution way.
