The course value conception of physics teacher is a kind of notion system about the physics course value, which is based on some certain social and cultural backgrounds. It is formed in the procedure of educational theory study and practice, during which the teacher make clearance,selection and reflection on the physics course value. The course value conception is the condensation of teachers'experience. And it plays a role of guidance in teachers'action. Course value conception of physics teachers' is the miniature and embodiment of educational value conception. The course value conception can play the following roles of integration and drive the teachers' action, as well as the important link of teacher professionalization. It is the core notion of researcherful teacher or reflective teacher.Considering the above understanding, the research is an inexorable trend. The following methods are used:documents, interview, observation and questionnaire.The whole dissertation is composed of four parts: Analyzing basic conception and construction of core conception; Observing the backgrounds of course value conception; Studying the status quo of the teachers'course value conception; Putting forward some constructive strategies to improve it.First of all, based on the existed studies of related areas, we put forward that the concrete structure of course value conception is composed of three bodies : normal consciousness—basic role,super consciousness—core role and practice consciousness—effective role. They interact on each other and compose the system of course value conception. At last, the features of pre-existence forming,subjectivity developing and super knowledge performance are expounded.Secondly, mainstream course philosophy has different proposition about knowledge and students, which help us to hold basic ideas. Both synchronic analysis about physics course opinion in England,American and Germany and diachronic analysis in our country give enlightenments to us. We try to find the evolution of physics course value, which can help us to erect an effective value system. The following notion of"cultivating Scientific Literacy"comes to terms. All of them form the important resource for our Course Value Conceptions. The above mentioned preparations help us to integrate the course values, which are described as follows(1)Exerting the cognitive value;(2)Emphasizing utilitarian value;(3)Advocating cultural value.In the following parts, we focused on three topics according the materials collected from the following channels. They are 372 questionnaires,interviews,observation as well as documents channels.The three topics are"growing teachers","determining teachers"and"acting teachers".Each of them surrounds a certain topic, corresponding normal consciousness,super consciousness and practice consciousness. The software of Microsoft Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0 are used to analyze the data. The following conclusions are drawn: teachers'educational level has significantly positive correlations with normal consciousness. Other factors, such as teaching experience,school levels have no such results. Super consciousness tends to cognitive value, which focuses exercises. Practice consciousness is affected by administration system,teaching facilities. The better evaluation system is needed.At last, according to the usual perspectives of teacher professional development mechanism, we put forward the following strategy: The"intellectual perspectives"of teacher professional development is primary, whereas the"practice-reflective perspectives"and"ecological perspectives"are secondary. Empower the teachers as they are trying to reform, erect developing occupational ideal to impulse teachers'reflection.Our study focuses on the follows:1.The import and inner construction of physics teachers'course value conception are analyzed.2.The physics course value system is constructed, based on which we can integrate the physics teachers' direction of course value conception.3. Analyzing the factors that influence middle school physics teachers'course value conception. Making efforts to find the mechanism and constructive suggestions are also provided.
